Great experience
had an absolutely amazing experience in Jamaica! From start to finish, everything was well organized, professional, and truly unforgettable. The rafting was so peaceful and beautiful—floating along the river surrounded by lush greenery felt like pure relaxation. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience even more enjoyable with great conversation and local insight. The horseback riding was just as incredible! Riding through scenic trails and along the water was a dream. The horses were well cared for, and the staff made sure everyone felt safe and comfortable, no matter their experience level. What really stood out was the hospitality. Everyone was warm, welcoming, and genuinely focused on making sure we had a great time. It felt like more than just an excursion—it was a full experience of Jamaica’s beauty and culture. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting Jamaica. Whether you’re looking for adventure, relaxation, or both, this is definitely something you don’t want to miss! 10/10 experience—I would absolutely do it again!

Bamboo Rafting + Massage
An amazing experience coordinated from start to finish by Fresh Look Tours. Our transportation was taken care of and we were immediately taken to the rafts. You have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs, refreshments, hookah. You can also add on to your massage.

Best tour guide in town
Fresh look tours took very good care of me and my friends on our girls trip to Montego Bay Jamaica , we did horse back riding , bamboo rafting and he also showed us around other different places . The nightlife was also fun , he stayed with us during all the excursions we did . Highly recommend to book with fresh look tours of your coming to Jamaica ! You won’t regret it

STAY AWAY! DON'T BOOK
THIS IS THE WORST! The driver arrived after 8 am to pick us up for the tour. He drove 25 minutes and then stopped to get himself a sandwich! Once he got back in the van, he started driving while talking on his phone and eating the entire time. He then drove another 15 mins and pulled over on the side of the road to pick up another person who looked hot and tired! This was VERY unsafe for a tourist and the driver seemed not to understand this was unsafe and unusual. I asked to be taken back to our resort and he did all while still talking on the phone. NOT ONLY DID I NOT DO THE TOUR HE PROVIDED NO REFUND! THIS IS THE WORST!! Don't book with FRESH LOOK TOURS
