Ghosted by the ghost tour voodoo boo!
After waiting at the meeting spot for 15 minutes, I engaged several police officers in the area who were attending a festival and all were unable to locate the tour. I was frustrated and disappointed by this experience. I was left feeling ghosted by the ghost tour due to the lack of communication and organization on the part of the tour company. I have had positive experiences using Trip Advisor as a third-party booking company in the past, but their refusal to provide a refund for a tour that did not show up to the meeting point has made me doubt their reliability. It will be difficult for me to use their services again in the future.
