Fun, informative day
Pick up was smooth, but very early. Our guide Alex was tremendously knowledgeable and very friendly. Our group was both English and Spanish speaking, so all information had to be given in both languages, which was made things feel a bit rushed at times. All in all it was a great day and we enjoyed our experience (though would recommend they book single language groups if possible).

No pickup
Terrible experience. Woke up at 3 am to meet at the location provided at 4:10 in order to be picked up at 4:20 as we were told. Waited, and waited. Saw many vans come by and asked each one were they with amigo tours. Everyone said no. The one van that did come 25 minutes late for amigo tours picked up 3 other passengers and stated that another driver had us on his list. Ultimately we waited until 5:15 am then received a text message stating we “missed” transportation that never came. This experience was supposed to be for my birthday and I was unable to do it as we left the next day. Would not recommend Amigo tours because even if they do pick you up, they will be later. Horrible. Go with CDMX instead

Exceptional experience. A vital/necessary journey for anyone visiting Mexico for their first or second time. Tour guides were incredibly accommodating to any and all needs, known and unknown. This was truly an unforgettable tour of the city, and my immense satisfaction went beyond my expectations.
