Unmissable experience in CDMX!!!
A superrrr great experience!!! We had incredible views of the pyramids at sunrise…. The whole trip felt super professional and safe!, the captain 👨✈️ was interacting with all the passengers and the guys from the agency were always looking out for everyone!!! 100/100 Highly recommended

Misleading tour description
Misleading tour. They claim to offer a guided tour inside the pyramids. And that the tour guide would guide us through the archaeological site. The “guide” left us at the entrance and told us to go explore on our own until pick up time. And it is not possible for anyone to go inside the pyramids at all. If I knew that, I would have just booked the balloon flight only and not wasted my time and money on the rest.
Response from the operator: Good afternoon, our team informed you that you needed to wait for the scheduled itinerary, but you insisted on rushing everything. We offered you the option of waiting for the tour, but you said that was fine, so you preferred to enter the archaeological site on your own without a guide. We are informing our clients of this because it's unfair to lie and try to discredit us when everything was handled very clearly. Thank you.
