You'll receive a brief explanation of the day's itinerary and watch a safety video with instructions to ensure you fully enjoy your experience. Afterward, we'll go to the balloon where you'll fly. My experience was amazing from start to finish! The pickup was right on time, and the ride was smooth and comfortable.
