This is our offer for those visitors who have their own tickets or guide reservation and looking for comfortable transportation to Auschwitz-Birkenau Memorial with our English speaking driver This is a private, direct door-to-door transfer with our driver’s waiting time and a return transfer. You will be driven in a spacious, air-conditioned car or minivan, which will arrive about half hour before your tour, as there’s about 20-25 minutes required for the security check. You will spend about 1,5 h in the first part – Auschwitz I and then a driver will take you to a nearby (2 km) Auschwitz II-Birkenau which is the second and an integral part of the Holocaust Memorial. Visiting Birkenau takes about one hour. Our driver will be awaiting you during your visit and after your tour will drop you off at your hotel or at any other place in Krakow.

Perfect Experience!
My husband and I booked Prime Tours Krakow for several tours/services and I cannot sing their praises enough! We used their airport transfer services for pick up and drop off at the airport and everyone was so prompt and friendly. It made navigating an unfamiliar airport so easy! We booked a tour at Auschwitz and Prime Tours Krakow assisted us by providing the transportation to and from the site. Our driver was phenomenal, giving us facts and tidbits of the area and the landscape as we drove out. It was like we were riding in the car with a long-time friend. He helped us get checked in and let us know what to expect during the tour as well. After our Auschwitz tour, we saw a few more sites on our drive back to Krakow. When I tell you Pawl went above and beyond. I'm not exaggerating. He even gave us a GREAT dinner recommendation - Lucky Burger. Prime Tours Krakow also helped us with a very custom/unique tour. I have been doing personal family history and wanted to see the region of Poland my family is from. While this wasn't a tour on their website, I let them know what I wanted and they came up with a plan to make it happen. I was able to see the village my great-grandmother came from, we explored, took pictures, the whole 9 yards. On our way back, we stopped in Tarnow to see some historical sites as well. Tomasz was so amazing and friendly! He helped us translate and explored the area with us, it was like we were with a friend not a tour agency. It was an unforgettable day I'll always be thankful for! Reasonable prices, friendly staff, I can't thank Prime Tours Krakow enough for their attention to detail, services, and amazing hospitality. We are already planning our next trip to Poland and we will absolutely be contacting them again for help!

The best transfers ever!!!

Don't hesitate, book this private car!
We just returned from our day trip to Auschwitz. We decided to go with a private car and purchase tour tickets on our own. SO GLAD we selected this company. Our driver Thomas, was early to our hotel and was professional and knowledgeable about the area. We enjoy getting to know people in our travels, and Thomas, in addition to being a great driver, was very open and engaging. Getting into Auschwitz is not straight forward AT ALL. Thomas left the car and walked us through the entire process (because we were with him we skipped a long line), and through security and stayed with us until our tour started and told us where he would be at the end. I highly recommend using this service, clean private car, fabulous driver and they walk you through the beginning of Auschwitz entry process.
