    Not worth the money

This might be fun for kids, but it was not for adults We went there for a 41st birthday. The best thing about it was the fire show and the tequila. The transportation AC was not working very well and it was almost a 2 Hour Dr. Then, by the time they get you in there, they try to haggle you to buy more stuff, including at the gift shop and upgrading the package you’ve already paid for Our first activity was the seen out you drive past. It’s on the way there then you change then you drive back to it. You only get 20 minutes. We each got to jump only once with our group that had 20 people. The second activity was the zip line. It was literally made for kids. The third thing was the ATV it wasn’t horrible, but it wasn’t like riding around just enjoying yourself. It was literally a road and you just made loops like a track.

    Commercialization at its finest.

The excursions in total time took about an hour. The entire tour took 8 hours. This included travel time picking up at each person’s hotel. After the last excursion you’re literally waiting 30-45 min to hear them try to sell you tequila, then another 30-45 min to get to a table with food and then another hour waiting on transportation. At each and every turn they are trying to sell you ‘recommended’ goggles and masks for the ATVs, then trinkets, additional food, locker fees, tequila, photos, and of course tip everyone from transport to guide to waiter, to tortilla maker…it’s an endless grab for your money. Other excursions we went on provided everything we ‘needed’ and actually spent a lot more time on the activities themselves. This place was totally commercialized. The ‘waterfalls’ in the cenote were even fake. The staff was courteous and just doing their job.

Response from the operator: We appreciate you sharing your thoughts and experiences with us! It’s great to hear that parts of the experience were enjoyable, but we also understand there’s room for improvement. Your feedback helps guide our efforts to enhance our services, and we hope to have the chance to exceed your expectations next time!

    Funnest tour

George was an amazing tour guide! The whole experience was so fun. The cenote, zip lining, and ATV were all great. Some of the ATV’s were a little sketchy and they tried to blame the passengers, but everyone survived. I would say the worst part was that we finished around 4 and the buses didn’t come till 6. They do that on purpose so that you’ll buy their food. Other than that, fantastic tour and would do it again.

Response from the operator: Dear traveler! Thank you for your positive feedback, we're pleased to hear that you had an amazing experience exploring with us. Our team works hard to create memorable and enjoyable tours, and your comments are truly rewarding. Please come back to visit, thanks for your preference and best regards.

    Great Couples Adventure

My boyfriend and I had a great time! Shoutout to our great tour guides Eric & Aldo!! Highly recommend for couples, most people there are couples, but some friend groups too. There was a live show when we arrived while we waited for everything to begin, which was a nice introduction. First was ziplines, they were exciting but not too scary, everyone made us feel safe and secure. Next was atvs and it was wild style!!! I rode on the back of a double with my boyfriend, no seatbelts, just hold on tight and scream. They went pretty fast and the roads were rocky and muddy, but we enjoyed the thrill. After, we rinsed off and were shuttled to the cenote (about 15 mins). Upon arrival we were served margaritas and began tequila tasting, 5 different ones. Then we hopped in the beautiful water and chilled for maybe 20-30 mins. Following that, the food was ready, we had chips and guac and unlimited tacos. We also purchased pictures taken by the photographer, and I do recommend splurging, because they were really nice and got views of the entire day from all angles. ($70 usd for group of 2, about $80-90 usd for group of 4 I believe). I highly recommend this adventure

Response from the operator: Hello Kayla! We appreciate your comments and are pleased to know that it was a unique and incredible experience, we hope to have you back soon for more activities. Happy holidays

ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.

How much does ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $34 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.

Is ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 53 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 4 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour?

    +

Around 1 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does ATV, Ziplines, Tarzan Jump, Lunch and Transportation Day Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Tulum?

    +

On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Tulum?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Tulum?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
