    Nice adventure

We had a lot of fun. Unfortunately not everything was accesible for me due to age and physical health. The climb to the zipline was like a 5 story building which was too much for me unfortunately. The cenotes were nice and nice pictures were taken as through the whole tour. The tour itself is not in Tulum, but almost 40 minutes back towards playa carmen. Since we came from there it would have been cheaper and faster tp go direct. They should have given the option. The photosession you can buy after is nice but expensive. But we buy the memory anyway. The ATV tour was rough but cool to do. I missed a fast section as we never went over 30kph, would have loved to take it a little faster, would also be nice for the video. Overall we had a nice day. The tourguide was fantastic. The lunch a zimple cheese sandwhich with lemonade. I did find its easier to go direct to these type of things if you have a car. Saves a lot. But overal we had a great adventure.

Response from the operator: Thank you for sharing your honest feedback! We're glad you had a fun and adventurous day with us. Sorry to hear that some aspects of the tour weren't accessible for you due to physical limitations. We appreciate your feedback and will consider ways to improve accessibility for all guests. Thank you for acknowledging our fantastic tour guide and the beautiful photos taken during the tour. We understand your comments about the location and transportation costs. We'll take your suggestion into consideration to provide more options for guests. Regarding the ATV experience, we apologize if the speed didn't meet your expectations. Safety is our top priority, and we ensure that our guides drive at a pace that ensures everyone's well-being. We appreciate your feedback on the lunch and photo package pricing. We'll review our options to ensure they provide value for our guests. Thank you again for choosing our tour and sharing your thoughts. We're happy you had a great adventure despite some limitations.

ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.

How much does ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition cost?

    +

Prices start at $99 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition take?

    +

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.

Is ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 69 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 94 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition?

    +

Around 33 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does ATV Cenote and Zipline Sacred Jungle Expedition start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Tulum?

    +

On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Tulum?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Tulum?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
