Fun day on ATV

Lots of fun driving ATV on the beautiful countryside of Cusco with two stops along the way. Unfortunately the pickup was 40 minutes late to the meeting point.

Long lesser touristy ATV tour, scenic and enriching

I loved it !! It’s a lesser touristy tour so you get a completely different experience than the Maras one. If you want a long ride on ATV that’s the one ! I basically had a private quad tour in the most scenic places with a guide -Paulo- that took so much time explaining and was very keen on making me discover the beauty of his country. The usual road was closed for works so we took a “wilder” road which was super thrilling. We stopped at the God site then at the lake: both great experiences I Had a glitch with the booking but I contacted the company on WhatsApp and they were responsive and solved it straightaway. 100% recommend the company and this tour !

This is really just a...

This is really just a long ATV ride and if you like ATV it would be great. Dress warm if you go towards the evening as it will get cold. . Paolo, Our guide was a great guide. My wife was really not comfortable with the ATV so he basically drove over the entire route. He was amazing. Very helpful and extremely polite. The ATV paths are a little bit more rough than we’re used to, but if you’re comfortable a Atv, you’ll get used to them quickly. Overall, had a great time.

Amazing ATV Tour.

This was one of the best things I’ve done in Cusco. The location is less popular so not a lot of people get there, we literally had the Laguna for ourselves, which for me was a huge plus. Our tour guide, Pabel, was the absolute sweetest and so so kind. I hope he reads this review. It was raining in the beginning of the tour so the company gave us jackets, and I thought the rain added to the fun and adventure of the experience. I highly recommend this tour.

Worse experience of our trip

Only do this when you have got nothing else to do. What a blazingly bad experience. Three quads of of 4 could not start without help every time we stopped. Two of the quads had leaking tyres that needed inflating now and then. Displays were either broken of missing. We were not allowed to use the gears (broken too?), and the steering columns were misaligned. And our professional English spelling guide had maybe seen a book about English, but certainly could not speak the language. In other words: a lousy experience that costs way too much.

ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Cusco.

How much does ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco cost?

+

Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Cusco usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco take?

+

Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Cusco is not rushed.

Is ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 73 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 101 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Cusco, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 18. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 4-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco?

+

Around 35 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Cusco can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Cusco and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does ATV Abode of the Gods and Piuray Lagoon From Cusco start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Cusco within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Cusco?

+

On Outty we rank every Cusco experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Sacred Valley Full Day Tour, Peruvian Cooking Class Cocktails and Market Tour in Cusco, Cusco: Rainbow Mountain & Red Valley Premium Day Trip with Meals. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Cusco?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Cusco?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
