Scam alert
Booked and paid for tour. Then they told us the price was wrong and wanted more money. Doesn't deliver what's promised. Didn't offer what they said they would. Didn't honor contract. Do not trust.
Response from the operator: Dear Amanda, first of all we would like to apologise again for the inconvenience. You booked and paid and then you received a full refund. I have already explained to you that the pricing was wrong from our side and you either can cancel or pay the extra amount. You paid 300 euros for 4 people with all tickets and food included. The tickets and the food was 320 euros so you can easily understand it was a wrong pricing. And it was our fault and we apologised. And we immediately took correcting actions. Also, we informed you many days before the trip so you have the time and the option to book another trip or continue with us. I do not believe that we deserve a bad review and we are a scam. I kindly ask you to remove the word scam from your review. It is totally misleading. We were very clear in our communication and we did not get any money from you. Kind regards, Dimitris
