Amazing experiencie visiting Guatemala
We had an amazing experience hiking to the Fuego Volcano with Acaten360! Our guide was incredible, staying with us every step of the way and constantly checking on everyone to make sure we were doing well. To make things even better, the guide treated us to a delicious, traditional breakfast from the region, which was a wonderful touch. Highly professional, attentive, and highly recommended for anyone visiting Guatemala

Acatenango y Fuego trip
I was hesitant about this adventure trip, but I trusted a friend who hired Acaten360 for his trip. I’m 49 years old and not In the best desired physical shape, however I followed the tour guide Jefry’s advices and guidelines. The climbing was incredibly amazing, tired at some pints but the guides were very understanding and helpful. They provided everything for me including coffee at the summit and that was a million dollars gift for me. The summit walk was extremely exiting, the most unforgettable experience ever, nothing I ever imagined I could achieve, the views, the energy, the feeling of accomplishment and the majestic display of nature in the most amazing powerful force. You need to do this at least once in a lifetime. You will thank me later, and please make sure you book with Acaten360, it’s a family operated team that opens their home for you to have a chance to experience traditional food and the warm hospitality.

Acatenango experience
Excellent experience, punctual for the pickup, clear with the values, excellent work by the owner and guide of the company and his family, they make you feel at home, and they support you every step of the way to the volcano and summit. Excellent food and a lot of patience

We chose the best agency to climb Acatenango.
Highly recommended, they were attentive from minute one to every doubt or question we had. During the journey, they are attentive to making sure you feel comfortable, they don't demand that you keep up with the guide's pace, they ask if you want to stop, and they are very patient, so you can go at your own pace without a problem; for me, this is very important since it is a demanding hike and everyone's pace is different. As you can see in one of the videos, we say the cabin is rustic haha, but it really is excellent; it covers the needs one has on a volcano, it's very cozy, and it has an incredible view. They make you feel at home, they are attentive to making sure you feel good, they offer you hot drinks (as you can hear in one of the videos), they also offer you blankets (or ponchos, as they say in Guatemala haha), and everything necessary so that you don't feel cold up there. We were really very happy and satisfied with the entire experience provided by Don Román and Yefri, thank you very much.
