The guides Ivan, Nelson, Jose, Dylan, Sharon and driver Omar were absolutely wonderful. Despite a wet rainy morning they made this a fantastic experience and were incredibly friendly and welcoming! Ive done a few zip lines in various places and this was the safest outfit ive come across, very professional. Would certainly recommend! Thanks guys we loved it!

Incredible zip lining experience! Highly recommend!

Tour guides were great! We felt super safe the whole time and had a blast! The pictures taken by the photographers were really good and affordable (only $10 usd). The fruit at the end was really fresh and good. I highly recommend!!

Do it but with a different company

We enjoyed the ziplining but would not recommend this company. I was really nervous about ziplining but reading online it sounded like it was a "must do" in CR. Many reviews talked about how great the guides were. They spoke of safety and put their mind at ease. These guides were the complete opposite. From the start I told them I was nervous. I asked them to help me feel safe and excited but instead they were sarcastic and inappropriate in their attitude towards my apprehension. They joked throughout the experience with "any last words" or "say your prayers" before leaving the platform. I understand some people might enjoy that but I told them from the start I didn't think it was funny and asked for some else to help make me feel comfortable but they didn't care and continued with their joking. I did feel fine after the first zipline. I enjoyed the views and was definitely glad I did it. I chose not to do the Tarzan swing and that was fine. I didn't feel pressure to do that by the guides. All in all I would say ziplining through the canopy is a great experience but I would suggest a different tour company to do it.

Family-friendly Ziplining!

Our family of 5 had a blast!! Michelangelo led our group and we had the most wonderful, FUN experience. We brought our three boys — and, it was everyone’s first time ziplining. Must Experience the Rainforest via zipline.

We enjoyed our zipline and Tarzan swing with Dylan, David and Gabriel. Ask for these 3! They are the best ! Safety first ! We started with a detailed safety mini course. And I felt very prepared. The heights, the rainforest, Howler monkeys, and birds made this even better. Our kids even did spider man style moves towards the end. This is an adrenaline rush and dopamine hit kind excursion. The Tarzan swing makes you feel the essence of Pura Vida. Def recommended ! One note, it was drizzling the entire time of our zipline. And it was better.felt like we were cruising through the clouds. The animals were out! It's a different experience to see and FEEL the rainforest. We were sooo happy. Thank you for a great day !
