Incredible Trip for our Family of 14!
Bailee and Ian were fantastic tour guides! We had a family of 14 with kids of all ages and it was fantastic. We did Arches, Canyonlands, Side-by-side ATVs, you name it!
Response from the operator: Thanks to you and your family for all of these amazing reviews for Bailee and Ian! We're so happy it went off without a hitch. We truly love hearing from all of you about the highlights. We hope to see you again on your next big family trip!

Ok, could do more
I was able to hike Delicate Arch & double arch as part of what I wanted. Justin Chan our tour guide was very friendly, helpful, kind and knowledgeable. I would recommend him. The trip was however not what I expected. I booked through viator and what was in viator’s itinerary was not all experienced as some of the sites would take a full day to hike, so was not doable with all the other sites in the itinerary. They just need to fix/ update the advertised itinerary. Plus I suggest the tour company to specify/highlight that the tour is a “hiking tour” as I ended up being with a group that did not know that they signed up for a hiking tour, which resulted in limited the sites I wanted to hike and could have visited, plus one of them was actually not able to go to some sites due to physical limitations and I felt bad for that person. Overall should be a nice tour, just did not feel like it was worth the money due to the reasons stated.
Response from the operator: We appreciate your honest feedback about your tour. We're glad Justin was friendly and helpful, and that you were able to hike Delicate Arch and Double Arch. Your insights about our itinerary description and tour expectations are valuable. We're reviewing our Viator listing to ensure it more accurately states that the destinations listed are possibilities for the day, and adjust our descriptions to set clearer expectations for all participants. Thank you for helping us improve our experience for future guests! We're glad you still had a nice day in the park.

Wonderful day at Arches National Park!
We had a wonderful tour at Arches National Park. Our tour guide, Justin Chan, was the best!! He was very knowledgeable about the park and super friendly. We thoroughly enjoyed the day and will definitely use Good Trip Adventures again in the future.
Response from the operator: Thanks for the stellar review! Sounds like Justin rocked your Arches adventure, turning those sandstone wonders into a playground of knowledge and fun. Glad we could make your day in the park arch-tastic! Looking forward to seeing you again soon!

Unforgettable day in Arches
Our family of 5 had a fabulous day of hiking, plus delicious picnic lunch, with Ashleigh of Good Trips. She was so knowledgeable about flora and fauna, geology, and our hiking routes- even as specific as how to navigate a path with rocks/boulders and varied terrain. This was much appreciated and we covered a lot of ground. She made all info interesting to our whole group- including 3 daughters in their late teens/early 20s. The van was clean and full of snacks and so easy to take in the beauty around us. We also so enjoyed fresh lunch and drinks on a picnic table after the hike, complete with tablecloth! We ended the day with more sightseeing and finding petroglyphs closer to town.
Response from the operator: Thanks for the rave review! Ashleigh’s like a hiking superhero – navigating boulders, dropping flora and fauna facts, and making geology cool for the whole fam! We’re thrilled the teens were entertained and that the snack-filled van and gourmet picnic made your day. Petroglyphs and picturesque trails – sounds like a perfect adventure. Can’t wait to have you back for another epic trek! 🌿🚐🍽️✨

Why this scores 61
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Moab.
How much does Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike cost?
+
Prices start at $427 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Moab usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike take?
+
Plan for about 6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Moab is not rushed.
Is Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 61 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 11 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Moab, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Moab can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Moab and add a light layer if any part of the 6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Arches Full Day Small Group Tour & Hike start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Moab within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Moab?
+
Moab is the gateway to Arches and Canyonlands: sunrise arch tours, 4x4 runs on Hell's Revenge, Colorado River rafting, canyoneering and dark-sky stargazing. Park entry timing systems change often, so we weight tours that handle reservations for you. On Outty we rank every Moab experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include HIGHLY RATED U-DRIVE Moab Hell’s Revenge UTV Off-Road Adventure, BEST! Hell's Revenge U-Drive 4X4 Tour in Moab +Dinosaur Tracks!, 5-STAR Moab Hell's Revenge UTV U-DRIVE TOUR + DINO TRACKS. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Moab?
+
April to May and September to October, avoiding peak summer heat. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Moab?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
