No lift...disappointing
The lift was not working, so my wife was unable to enter and go to the top (2 recent artificial knees). Even though they would not allow her to use the lift, workers were using a lift. I liked the view and the structure was beautiful.

Great Landmark!
A great easy way to see Paris from up high, especially if the sun is shining. Great views of the Champs-Élysée, the Eiffel Tower and the surrounding area. Very enjoyable!

Closing Early
We had 8:30pm as our reservation, after being at the top for 10 mins we were told they were shutting it down for the night. We were not able to stay and watch the sunset. If the experience is going to be cut short, they should notify folks when they close.

There are a lot of stairs, so wear comfortable shoes. The loft was broken when we went, but it was fine.

Don't Buy Tickets from Viator
was unable to get the tickets to download. went to the arc. asked for assistance from the staff. they were not helpful. they stated that "everyone has problems with Viator tickets". Got on chat with Viator. They were no help. could not get the tickets to download. Arc staff saw that we had a confirming ticket purchase, and knew we were having trouble downloading. Requested that they allow us to the top, and they said NO, not without the ticket. So dissapointing. Requesting refund from Viator.
