Good Park, Money Grabbing, but good
The water park itself is great, there is a few let downs for it, that could be easily fixed, but overall my family loved it. Main issues are: Sun loungers are 6/8 Euros a day depending on what zone you sit in. The Lounger beds are 45 euros a day, which is a rip off, just to be able to sit in a lounger bed. I can only assume they do this because most of the traffic will be like us from Magic Natura so free or from the Pirate Island hotel which will be the same. When we were there twice in the week, the main cafe never opened luckily as above we were from the Magic Natura resort there is a "snack" bar we could use, this is up 2 flights of stairs however so if you have mobility issues you are out of luck. Snacks were mainly fried food such as burgers, chips, hotdogs, randomly doner kebab meat and ice cream, you could also get some drinks as well as long as you have a cup from the respective hotel that costs 1 euro. Plenty of slides that my daughter loved and seemed to be quite busy, pool is colder than the antarctic which is great when its 27c, however not so great for my self as I stepped in and the cold shock triggered my asthma so had to go back out and forget the pool:(

Bit of a disappointment
Showed our tickets and was made to feel like criminals who faked tickets to get in, took ages before they would accept them and thats after other customers were going past us seeing this, when we finally got in after 25 minutes of utter nonsense it was a long walk to the lockers, €7 for a lockers and use of sunbeds €1 returned at the end when handing lockers key back, lots was cordoned off or slides not in use

Worth a trip
Our Aqua Natura tickets were included as part of our hotel booking so we can’t comment on the price of entry. What I did find odd however was having to rent a sun longer for 8€ (45€ if you wanted a bed) other water parks we’ve been to this wasn’t the case. I did pay 7€ for a locker and was refunded 1€ upon exit. The park itself was small but plenty to do for all ages. The Sea lion’s felt a bit exploitative with people “riding” them. There was only one food outlet open when we were there and our magic bands wouldn’t work which is ashame as we were advised it was a “perk” of the park. Despite being on the heavier side there were enough slides for me to go on. The park advertises the height / weight limit around the park so no one is disappointed. They will weigh you so if you don’t feel comfortable you can avoid these slides. Lifeguard’s were amazing in the park, my daughter went underwater coming of a slide and they were right over once she was out doing some breathing excersizes with her to calm her down. Despite my a*** being huge I also managed to fall out of a rubber ring (mid slide) and they were straight over to ensure we were ok. There is no taxi rank outside Aqua Natura and with disabled family members it was difficult to walk up to Terra Natura for a taxi. Another point to note is not everyone wore pool shoes / sliders. We spent 10€ of sliders when we got to the park for my son and he didn’t wear them at all.

Really bad
I would not bother going big waste of money with family’s and they are so rude to tourists the floats are 8 euros the lockers are 8 euros they charge you for the sun beds litteraly money grabbers and so rude I wouldn’t go with children because most of the slides are weight and height restricted u can’t even stand at the bottom of the baby slides for your child or baby even though they can’t swim
