Your instructor SOW has 10 years of cooking and chafing experience in some of Thailand's large and five-star hotels and restaurants. We use our very own homemade curry paste along with lots of other fresh produce to bring out the best flavor in a variety of dishes. You will experience every step on how to become a successful Thai chef, from the beginning of the course until the end! • Learn by a practical, hands-on approach and are able to choose your own 5 dishes to cook to impress your friends and family. • Learn basic fruit carving methods and techniques, proper use of fruit carving tools, selection of fruit for quality, care of fruit after carving. • Enjoy the food that you have created just the thing when you want a break from the beach. Every student in Aonang Thai Cookery School’s kitchen always receives full guidance and attention, from the chopping board until the final plate. Everyone has their own cooking station and wok. No artificial coloring or flavoring is used in our kitchen. We will quickly teach you all you need to know about the herbs, vegetables, and spices used in Thai food. Amazing experience, we cooked 5 dishes we got to choose from a menu, definitely come hungry!! It’s a lot of food and it’s incredible. We got a cookbook to take home and the hosts were lovely people, doing it since 2001 you can definitely tell there expertise! The mango sticky rice was the best I’ve had in Thailand.
