A friend and I did a one day Temples Tranquility Tour that hits Angkor Wat, Ta Phrom, and a few others. It was definitely tranquil. Either we were lucky or our guide Mr. Bunpheng knows magic. The crowd was minimal and he took us through passages rarely taken by the usual guides. (Note: we also went during low season.) Mr. Bunpheng was exceptionally knowledgeable about the history and social contexts of the temples. I am Cambodia born and I learned more than I thought I could! Our guide also has a lovely personality. I enjoyed his personal touch to the whole experience. I live to travel and have done a number of guided tours. My experience with Mr. Bunpheng was the best yet.

Response from the operator: Dear Mastaso, Thank you for sharing your wonderful experience on the Temples Tranquility Tour! We’re delighted to hear that you and your friend enjoyed visiting Angkor Wat and Ta Prohm with me. It’s great to know that my knowledge enhanced your understanding of the temples. We’re also glad that you appreciated the quieter passages i guided you through. Creating a tranquil experience is something we strive for, and it’s fantastic to hear that my personality added a personal touch to your journey. Your kind words mean a lot to us, and we hope to welcome you back for more unforgettable adventures in the future! Warm regards, Bunpheng

    A wonderful memory

It was an exceptional experience & well organised by AngkorDoors beyond our expectations. We, a group of friends & families, had such a wonderful 3 days of tour, immersing ourselves with awe into a glorious past. Though the walking & climbing was a bit tiring to all of us, AngkorDoors made it enjoyable throughout. The vehicles were clean, well maintained and always on time till they dropped us back to airport. Very well organised indeed. Our guide, Bunpheng of AngkorDoors, was the best with his knowledge of history & narration and made the tour much more joyful with his witty comments & hearty laughs. We call will carry those wonderful memories forever for sure. We strongly recommend AngkorDoors for your trip to Angkor Wat.

Response from the operator: Hi, Thank you so much for your fantastic feedback! We're delighted to hear that your experience with Angkor Doors exceeded your expectations. It's wonderful that you and your group had such a memorable three days, even with the challenges of walking and climbing. We're glad that Bunpheng's knowledge and sense of humor added to your enjoyment and that our transportation met your needs. Your recommendation means a lot to us, and we’re thrilled to have been a part of your journey. We hope to see you again for more unforgettable adventures! Best wishes Bunpheng

Fabulous private tour of Angkor Wat

Had an absolutely amazing private tour with Bunpheng! I was picked up promptly at the hotel at 8am by Bunpheng and the tuk tuk driver. Drove over to buy the Angkor Wat Pass and then went on to a full 5-hour tour of the three main temples: Angkor Wat (the most famous and cannot miss), Angkor Thom (Bayon, the temple with the faces), and Ta Prohm (the one with the overgrown jungle trees). He was knowledgeable, so positive, and really had a passion for the temples (didn't just rush me through the temples like the other guides). Plus, Bunpheng is a great photographer! More than willing to take photos and knew the places to go for the best angles too. I was his third tour after 2 years! Bunpheng was appreciative and so happy to be working again.

Response from the operator: Dear customer, Thank you so much for writing to us, we are satisfied to know you have enjoyed your tour with us. Have a pleasant and safe onward journey Bunpheng

Must do tour of all the Temples

A Must do - This tour needs a well experienced English speaking guide (for English speakers). We had Sophart from Angkor Doors. He was passionate about the whole area and very knowledgeable. He had an excellent safe driver who accompanied him in an airconditioned vehicle. He also provided nice cold bottles of water and cold wipes at each stop (x3). There were a lot of camera opportunities and Sophart just knew the right places for the photo taking as well and he also took photos for us.

Response from the operator: Dear Sir/Madam, How are you ?. I hope you all are well. Thank you for your value time writing to us, which we are very appreciated. We are so pleased to hear you had good time in Siem Reap and enjoyed the tours with Angkor Doors. Hope to see you again some time. Best regards Tour guide Team

Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Siem Reap.

How much does Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple cost?

    +

Prices start at $18 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Siem Reap usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple take?

    +

Plan for about 10 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Siem Reap is not rushed.

Is Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 67 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Siem Reap, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple?

    +

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Siem Reap can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Siem Reap and add a light layer if any part of the 10-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Angkor Wat Sunrise, Top 4 Temples and a Tranquil temple start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Siem Reap within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Siem Reap?

    +

On Outty we rank every Siem Reap experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Kampong Phluk Floating Village Tour by Boat, Angkor Wat Sunrise or Sunset Tour with Guide from Siem Reap, Angkor Wat Sunrise & 3 Main Temples – Small Group. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Siem Reap?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Siem Reap?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
