Fantastic Tenerife tour guide
Jamie is a very professional and knowledgeable, provides interesting insights, very personable, and an absolute joy to be with. He is a top tier guide and speaks English very well. He will expertly tailor your trip based on your interests and activity level. My wife and I first took the ANAGA, valley of nature and tradition tour with Jamie; it is a must do trip if you plan to visit Tenerife. Jamie knows all the trails and the breathtaking views to get those majestic pictures that show the beautiful Tenerife landscape. We also booked two more tours with Jamie: the second was THE NORTH, walk through villages and ports – he knows all the interesting points and history of the villages and ports, and he took us to great photo locations so we could take photos of iconic locations on Tenerife. Our third tour was TEIDE National Park and TENO Country Park - he knows the times to get to the various sites to beat the crowds and makes your trip feel special. We asked Jamie to take us to local restaurants for authentic savory food and we experienced gastronomy delights. He also provided us with excellent hotel recommendation which made our stay on Tenerife that much more enjoyable. His electric Mercedes van is a pleasure to ride in, and he is always very punctual. I highly recommend Jamie for any Tenerife tour you are contemplating.

Excellent service, great conversations and amazing views!
We had a fantastic time with Jaime on this tour as well as another to the top of Mt. Teide. His knowledge of the island, its history and ways to connect with us as a family were top notch! We really enjoyed the time to and from the key points of interest and his ability to take us to places away from the crowds to all the right places before they got busy. We had to change course a little with the weather on one of our days, but Jaime made the trip so enjoyable for us and our boys that we can't speak highly enough of him. We loved our time on Tenerife and highly recommend you consider a day trip with Jaime.
Response from the operator: Dear John and family, Thank you so much for this wonderful review, it truly means a lot. It was such a pleasure spending those days with you and your family, exploring both the wild beauty of Anaga and the majesty of Mt. Teide. I’m especially grateful for your kind words about the time we shared along the way, those quiet moments, meaningful conversations, and spontaneous detours are often what make a private tour truly special. I always strive to adapt each experience to fit the people I’m with, and I’m so happy we could make the most of the changing weather and still enjoy all that Tenerife has to offer. Seeing the island through your family’s eyes, and especially your boys’ sense of wonder, was a joy I won’t forget. Thank you for recommending Feel Tenerife to others. I’d be honored to be your private guide again one day. Warmest regards, Jaime Feel Tenerife

Tenerife tours with passionate guide
At the end of October we booked two days Jaime for a private tour in northern Tenerife. He picked us up with his beautiful, clean, comfortable and above all sustainable van (electric vehicle) on time at our hotel. We were warmly welcomed by him and immediately felt comfortable. On the tours he brought us closer to his beloved Tenerife with a lot of passion and joy and also stopped again and again at the most beautiful places to show us the beauty of the island. Jaime has an enormous knowledge of the island, its inhabitants, history and also of flora and fauna. And above all, he made sure that the tour was designed in such a way that we did not take the usual routes and thus rarely got into large tourist crowds. We really liked that! Also he could show us nice places on the two days for a cozy lunch or just a coffee. He has also left us always and everywhere enough time to explore a place even without him.All in all, it was beautiful, interesting, educational and cheerful days with Jaime and we can only warmly recommend the tours with him. Muchas gracias Jaime y hasta luego! Bea & Carl

Why this scores 58
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tenerife.
How much does Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition cost?
+
Prices start at $903 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tenerife usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tenerife is not rushed.
Is Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 58 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Tenerife, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 7-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition?
+
Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tenerife can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tenerife and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Anaga Private Tour: Valleys of Nature and Tradition start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tenerife within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tenerife?
+
On Outty we rank every Tenerife experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Whale watching & listening Eco-Catamaran Tour with Snacks &Drinks, Group Surfing Lesson at Playa de las Américas, Tenerife, 3-hour Whale and Dolphin Watching and Listening Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tenerife?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tenerife?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
