    Wonderful experience!!

We just completed our class with Chef Redolfi, and it was truly an amazing experience. Chef taught us complete steps in the preparation of pasta and gnocchi, along with the best tiramisu we had tasted. Chef is very personable, and provided many insights on ingredients and the effect they have on different entrees. Come hungry, because you will leave full, with many treasured memories. Thank you Chef!

Response from the operator: Thank you for this positive review! Ciao
