Safe and of good quality.
A wonderful experience; I felt safe, and additionally, the driver treated us very well and was kind to the children. I highly recommend it.
Response from the operator: Muchas gracias por sus amables palabras. Nos alegra muchísimo saber que tuvo una experiencia maravillosa y que se sintió seguro durante el servicio. También nos encanta saber que el chofer fue amable y atento con usted y los niños. ¡Esperamos poder atenderle nuevamente muy pronto!

Very uncomfortable experience
We had to find the driver and car, he texted that he was there, when he wasn’t. Waited 10 minutes, driver was unfriendly, drove at excessive speeds while texting on his mobile phone. Felt very unsafe and unwelcome. Price was exorbitant for the time and service provided. Do not use this taxi service. We paid half the price in Paris for a well groomed professional driver. We should be refunded a portion of the fair.
Response from the operator: Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We are deeply concerned to hear about your experience, as safety and professionalism are our top priorities. What you’ve described is unacceptable and does not reflect the standards we hold our drivers to. Please provide us with your booking number so that we can immediately issue you a full refund and take swift action against the driver involved. Your feedback helps us ensure this does not happen again. We sincerely apologize for the distress caused and appreciate your patience as we work to resolve this matter.

Made it to Amsterdam
Nice car, pleasant driver. While no big deal that dispatcher changed drivers twice, Changing rendezvous site from “meeting point” in arrivals hall to a location in departures level and of a different part of massive terminal made for a undesired complexity with luggage in tow after a 8 hour ref eye flight.
Response from the operator: Thank you for your feedback. We do apologize for having to switch drivers, this can happen sometimes based in operational issues. I am checking for you regarding the level pick up issue and will get back to you directly on this matter. Thank you

Private service to Amsterdam
Prompt, clean vehicle. Driver was waiting on time with a name sign at the exit from customs. Will use again
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for such a kind review. It was a pleasure serving you.

Driver was very accommodating. We had a lot of luggage and 7 people and he could not have been more pleasant and helpful
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind review

Why this scores 46
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Amsterdam.
How much does Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer cost?
+
Prices start at $141 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Amsterdam usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer take?
+
Plan for about 0.6 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Amsterdam is not rushed.
Is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.1/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Amsterdam, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 0.6-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer?
+
Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Amsterdam can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Amsterdam and add a light layer if any part of the 0.6-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Amsterdam Schiphol Airport Transfer start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Amsterdam within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Amsterdam?
+
On Outty we rank every Amsterdam experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Amsterdam Canal Cruise with Local Guide and Small Group, Guided Bike Tour of Amsterdam's Highlights & Hidden Gems, Amsterdam: Luxury Canal Cruise including Cocktails & Snacks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Amsterdam?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Amsterdam?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
