See the best sights in Amsterdam!
Great tour! We saw so much during our almost 12 hour tour. Dianne was a knowledgeable, fun guide who kept everything on schedule and Gerald was such a good and safe bus driver! I want to bring more of my family to do this same tour!

Amazing Day exploring Holland
WONDERFUL DAY - windmills, wooden shoe making, cheese making, Fishing Villages, boat ride and Keukenhof - Beautiful Tulip/Flowers Park - too early for tulips
Response from the operator: Dear guest, Thank you for your lovely feedback! We’re so happy you enjoyed the day exploring Holland and visiting the windmills, cheese making, and Keukenhof, even if the tulips were a little early. Kind regards

The one tour to do if you have one day in Amsterdam
Truly appreciate super-saver package! We covered so much in a day.. Keukenhoff Gardens, Market and Volendam. Experiences: windmill tour, clog making, cheese making and tasting, walking through quaint little villages, taking a boat ride and walking through the famed tulip gardens! Bus drivers and tour guides were exceptional and reallygoodabout keepingthe group on time. We were so impressed with multilingual Diana who switched with effortless ease between English, Spanish, Italian and French! I'd give 10 stars if I could.. this was SO worth the money!
Response from the operator: Dear Shubhra, Thank you for your wonderful review. We’re thrilled to hear you enjoyed the full-day tour and all the experiences—from Keukenhof Gardens to the boat ride and village visits. It’s great to know Diana and our team made the tour even more enjoyable with their expertise and multilingual support. Your enthusiasm truly means a lot to us! Kind regards, Tours & Tickets Amsterdam

Use Another Tour Company Like Get Your Guide
I did two tours with this company, one was a canal cruise which was fine butnthe second was the countryside tour on a bus, not the bikes. Luca and Steph (or Stephen?) did not care about the people on their tour - they didn't give great guidance, didn't count the guests and they seemed to pride themselves on leaving people behind. They left multiple people at the windmills (yes, they were 3 minutes late), and they left me in Volendam even though I was at the meeting point 3 minutes EARLY! I had just been standing with everyone and I had 8 minutes so I stepped into a shop to get a postcard and when I came out at 6:21, the group was gone. Meeting time was 6:25 - I walked up and down the area and they were nowhere to be found. I had to find public transport tonget back to Amsterdam. The next day I took a tour (different tour company) and the guide always counted his group, like a good guide should.
Response from the operator: Dear guest, Thank you for taking the time to share your detailed feedback. We regret to hear that your experience on the countryside tour did not meet your expectations and caused you inconvenience. We always aim to provide attentive guidance and ensure the safety and comfort of all our guests. We are, however, glad that you enjoyed your canal cruise and hope that other aspects of your visit to Amsterdam were positive. Your comments will be reviewed carefully to help us improve our services. We appreciate your feedback and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with a better experience in the future. The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Amsterdam.
How much does Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour cost?
+
Prices start at $50 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Amsterdam usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour take?
+
Plan for about 10.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Amsterdam is not rushed.
Is Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 68 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.2/5 across 640 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Amsterdam, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 10.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour?
+
Around 224 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Amsterdam can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Amsterdam and add a light layer if any part of the 10.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Amsterdam: Keukenhof, Zaanse Schans & Volendam Tour start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Amsterdam within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Amsterdam?
+
On Outty we rank every Amsterdam experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Amsterdam Canal Cruise with Local Guide and Small Group, Guided Bike Tour of Amsterdam's Highlights & Hidden Gems, Amsterdam: Luxury Canal Cruise including Cocktails & Snacks. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Amsterdam?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Amsterdam?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
