King Abdullah Mosque
The blue-domed King Abdullah I Mosque, built in the 1980s by the late King Hussein as a memorial to his grandfather, is open to Non-Muslim visitors. The nave with an area of 1,615 m2 has the capacity to house 3,000 worshippers. It is octogonal and distiguished for not having pillars inside. Its dome of 35 m in diameter has a height of 31 meters. A source of radiation was placed in the middle taking the form of a golden star culminating in the Ninety Nine Most Beautiful Names of Allah surrounding the dome's neck. The suspended chandelier of 168 lanterns consists of three circles with the Holy Quranic Verse with the word Allah recurring on every lantern. The fertile land is expressed in the form of a red carpet made of an ornamental textile of recurring patterns meant to direct worshippers toward the Kiblah. All the walls, including the Kiblah, the pulpit, and the Mihrab are panelled with wooden and marble oriels.

Perfect day with Fadi
!Our one-day journey through Amman, Madaba, Mount Nebo, and the Dead Sea was absolutely fantastic, and it turned out to be one of the most memorable days of our trip to Jordan. From the very beginning, our driver Fadi made us feel comfortable and welcome. He arrived on time, was incredibly polite and friendly, and immediately gave us the feeling that we were in good hands. Throughout the entire day, he was professional, patient, and genuinely interested in making sure we had the best possible experience. Our day began in Amman, where we had the opportunity to see some of the city's highlights and get a feel for the history and culture of Jordan. Fadi was very helpful along the way, explaining things about the places we passed and answering all of our questions. He never made us feel rushed and always gave us enough time to enjoy each stop. We then continued to Madaba, a beautiful and historic town famous for its incredible mosaics. Seeing the famous mosaic map was a real highlight. The history and craftsmanship were fascinating, and it was wonderful to have time to explore the area at our own pace. Next came Mount Nebo, which was probably one of the most peaceful and beautiful parts of the day. The views from the mountain were spectacular, and the historical and religious significance of the site made the visit even more meaningful. We took some fantastic photos and really enjoyed the atmosphere. Finally, we headed to the Dead Sea, which was the perfect way to end a busy day of sightseeing. Floating in the incredibly salty water was such a unique experience! After exploring so many historical places, being able to relax and enjoy the Dead Sea was exactly what we needed. But honestly, what made the whole day exceptional was Fadi. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was easy and enjoyable. He was always available when we needed him, gave us helpful recommendations, helped us with photos, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey. His driving was excellent, and we always felt safe on the road. Fadi has a wonderful personality — friendly, respectful, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. He wasn't simply our driver for the day; he really helped make the experience feel personal and special. Jordan is an amazing country with so much history, culture, and natural beauty, and having someone like Fadi to show us around made our visit even more enjoyable. If you're planning a trip to Jordan and want to visit Amman, Madaba, Mount Nebo, and the Dead Sea, we highly recommend doing it with Fadi. You can relax, enjoy the scenery, and leave the driving and logistics to someone you can trust. Thank you so much, Fadi, for an unforgettable day! We will definitely recommend you to our friends and family, and we hope to see you again on our next visit to Jordan! ⭐ 5/5 – Fantastic experience, beautiful places, and an exceptional driver!
