Do not ever use this company!
We showed up for our 12pm reservation at 1145am and the tour guide never showed up. They never answered my phone call nor did they respond to my text message.. Ruined our whole vacation. Avoid this company like the plague. I spoke with other vendors in the area and they said this company is known to disappear and not provide services booked.

Magnificent Niagara Falls
If you’ve never experienced the falls, this guided tour is the way to go. Bring extra shoes and a clear waterproof phone case for taking pics at the falls. Our guide, Steve, was Excellent!!! He was very knowledgeable and accommodating. He also took pics for people, ensuring that they captured those memories.

Loved it!!!
Amazing experience. What a thrill to be so close to the Falls. The best thing we did at Niagra Falls. I would highly recommend this for any one visiting the Falls.

A great way to spend the day.
This experience was truly awesome. Our Tour Guide Steve was amazing! I have taken the Maid of the Mist before but without the Tour you just don’t get all the awesome information and hidden gems of Niagara state park. The walk takes you through a scenic route and the Cave of the winds is a BEAUTIFUL up close and personal way to view the falls. On the Maid of the mist the Poncho they provide will keep you dry but if you want the absolute full experience at the cave of the winds you should wear some type of water shoes and clothes you wouldn’t mind getting wet in.

Everything about the experience was awesome except the fact that the meet place was incorrect. Dave our guide was great!
4 out of 5. The Only reason it wasn’t a 5/5 is because of the meeting point being wrong! And they had no kiosk, had to ask around to find the correct spot!

American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Niagara Falls.
How much does American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More cost?
+
Prices start at $99 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Niagara Falls usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More take?
+
Plan for about 4 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Niagara Falls is not rushed.
Is American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 52 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4/5 across 29 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Niagara Falls, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 4-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More?
+
Around 10 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Niagara Falls can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Niagara Falls and add a light layer if any part of the 4-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does American Made Tour Iconic Boat Ride Cave of the Winds and More start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Niagara Falls within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Niagara Falls?
+
Niagara Falls on the US side means Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Goat Island walks, jet boat runs and combination trips across to the Canadian side. Passport requirements on cross-border tours are the thing to check first. On Outty we rank every Niagara Falls experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Ultimate Niagara Falls USA Tour W/ Boat Ride, Cave & Hotel Pickup, Niagara Falls USA and Canada Tour W/ Boat, Cave & Skylon Tower, American Side Express Tour With Maid of the Mist Boat Ride & Cave. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Niagara Falls?
+
May to September, with the falls illuminated year round. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Niagara Falls?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
