Over busy boat
The boat acts as a pontoon as once a hour out in to the rocks you have to transfer to small boats to get to the caves and bamboo boats. I would not use again I would take a smaller boat that can reach the attractions so you have more time. Very very packed far to many people on the boat. No comfortable chairs to sit out.

This criuse is visiting the Halong bay route - the most famous bay. And it is high season, specially it is more crowded when ocean ships are docking at the Halong international cruise port. Great experience
The cruise itself is great with very good staff and clean service. The staff are well versed in English and were very cordial & polite. Their impact will be even better if they add some more attractions to the list rather than just 2. Fantastic food but limited vegetarian options. Richard from the staff took very good care of the customers by relentlessly attending customer needs

Great experience
Just looking around the wonderful bay and enjoy the hospitality and the kindness of our hostess Emma. We loved the buffet and the activities like kayak. We spent a very good time. Thanks all and particularly Emma
