Memorable 1-Night Getaway with Excellent Service & Dining

My friend and I joined the Ambassador Cruise for a 2-day, 1-night trip last December, and it was a wonderful experiencea overall. Here is a breakdown of our stay: The Highlights * Seamless Logistics: The pick-up service was perfectly on time, which made for a stress-free start. * Accommodations & Staff: Our room was spotless and very well-maintained. A huge shout-out to Miss Grace, who was our main point of contact; she and the rest of the staff were incredibly polite and professional throughout. * Dining: We were impressed by the food quality. The buffet offered a great variety, and I particularly loved the concept of the six-course fine dining menu for dinner—it felt very upscale. * Activities: The itinerary is packed, but we enjoyed the pace. The cave visits via small boats and kayaking were definitely the highlights of the excursion schedule. Room for Improvement We had one safety concern during the fishing village excursion, where we were accidentally left behind by the rest of the group. While we were ultimately fine, it would be a great safety improvement to have a staff member patrolling the pier to ensure all passengers are accounted for before departure. Exceptional Recovery What really impressed us was how the management handled the situation. The Cruise Manager personally came to apologize and kindly wrote off our drinks bill as a gesture of goodwill. It’s rare to see a team take accountability so gracefully, and it turned a potential negative into a positive. Final Verdict Despite the small hiccup, we felt safe and well-cared for. It was a lovely experience, and we would definitely recommend Ambassador Cruise to anyone looking for a high-quality cruise experience.

Great Trip

Our family had a great trip and found it very enjoyable. The scenery was beautiful, and the journey was both clean and well-organized. I especially loved the interior design of the yacht, which suited my taste perfectly. Vietnamese cuisine on board was rich, diverse, and aligned with my preferences. The entertainment activities were also varied, including circus performances, fishing, tai chi, karaoke, a swimming pool, and a jacuzzi. The service staff were very friendly and helpful. One staff member, in particular, provided excellent service and was incredibly attentive to our needs. We were very pleased with her support throughout the journey. Highly recommend this trip to everyone!

A perfect escape to Halong Bay

Opting for the 2 Days Cruise Tour to explore a less touristy area of Halong Bay turned out to be the highlight of our trip. From the moment we stepped aboard, we were captivated by the experience. The variety of activities offered was delightful, and we eagerly participated in each one. Our cabin exceeded expectations, boasting ample space, cleanliness, and a luxuriously comfortable bed. The culinary delights served onboard were exceptional, and the attentive staff ensured that every need was met with care and efficiency.
