Wonderful experience
The room is spacious and very comfortable. The food is delicious. The restaurant staff are especially friendly, and the drinks are excellently prepared. A wonderful experience overall.

Wonderful 3 days and 2 nights cruise in LAN Ha Bay and Cat Ba Island. Luxury ship with great service and great cabins. Luxury restaurant with great food. Great cleanliness, Excellent excursions by boat, kayak, bike etc. Excellent pick up and drop off service at Hanoi hotel. Top staff. All top! Live music, romantic dinner on deck. Don't miss it! A shame to disembark after three days!

Halong cruise excellent!
Such a picturesque place and what a wonderful way to experience Ha Long Bay. Kayaking, beach, caves! Great food. Helpful and friendly staff. Tai chi on the sundeck too! And the post dinner massage was brilliant. Only negative thing was the people flying drones right in front of our patio in the evening and again early in the morning when we were trying to enjoy a beautiful peaceful sunrise.

It would have been more fun if it had sunk
Really, if you are under 60s you should avoid this. Big waste of money, the food is average, at dinner the food came all at the same time (8 plates) it was a mess. Jacuzzi was cold and when I asked to increase the water temperature I was given a bunch of non sense excuses to not do it, so basically you couldn't even use it. Seriously??? Bar closed at 21h, no music to chill at the deck, nothing to do. Was never expecting a party cruise, but this boring?? You should simply book the excursions with some tour companies (they do the same excursions), you gain nothing on paying extra money to be trapped on this overnight boring stuff. Pictures of the cold jacuzzi, closed bar and empty deck at 21:30.

Disappointing
Let's start with the good stuff. The itinerary for this cruise is very good and better than a lot out there. The activities were fun, kayaking, swimming at ti top, and walking through sun sot cave, but these aren't specific to this cruise, most do the same things. The lunch buffet is not amazing but it does offer a wide variety of food for you to pick from so overall it was good. Now the bad. Our room smelled of sewage. It didn't at first but by night it was terrible. We had to keep the balcony door open to clear out the smell. The dinner was very disappointing. The main course was lobster and steak. Over half the steak was just fat, not a lot of meat and the lobster was just ok. When we booked we had seen another review about all you can eat lobster, but that wasn't the case. Then at the end when we were checking out they had lost our bill and asked what we ordered. After we told them to made a new bill, we paid and left. But after it seemed a little strange the total we got. I'm not sure because we were in a hurry from people waiting behind us, but I guess if you order water on this cruise it will cost almost double a coke. So be careful and bring your own water to dinner if you want some. I would not do this cruise again.
