    Fun cooking class!

Place was a little hard to find. Pasta making was extremely fun. Daughters enjoyed it tremendously. Short walk to top of cliff overlooking Furore and Mediterranean.

    Best Cooking Class in Amalfi

Valentino’s cooking class was excellent! We made pasta, mozzarella, and tiramisu. He was very kind and the food was delicious.

    Amalfi cooking class

One of the best experiences I have had in all my travels to Italy. Valentino and Giovani were hospitable and friendly hosts and made the experience of cooking Italian food from scratch even more interesting with different facts and fun interactions. It’s an experience you will carry with you, being able to replicate what you learn but also just eating the fresh mozzarella, pasta and tiramisu is worth it. I didn’t know how to stop. This experience shouldn’t be missed especially if looking for authentic Italian experience/interaction/food.

Great family experience! Core memories were made!

This cooking class was so fun! Run by the family and the son who was our main teacher - Giuseppe - was so great! We had an issue with the bus and the father even came to pick us up from a local town! Our entire family loved the experience and were able to participate in everything. The food ended up being delish! And the view if you’re up for a few min walk from there is unparalleled. This entire experience was so worth it! Just a note - this place NOT local to any of the close towns like Positano or sorrento or Amalfi… even though it makes it seem like it is. It’s quite a drive. Plan accordingly to take the bus which is the best and cheapest option.., get your bus tickets round trip because on the way back all the shops were closed where you can buy tickets… take the bus to the town of Agerola - s. Lazzaro square. From there it’s a 5 min walk. If you ask them ahead of time they may be able to arrange a pick up. This information would have definitely been good to have ahead of time instead of learning on the go for us. All in all great experience - highly recommend!! Book it! Your family will build core memories here!

Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Positano.

How much does Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù cost?

    +

Prices start at $83 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Positano usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù take?

    +

Plan for about 3 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Positano is not rushed.

Is Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 16 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Positano, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 3-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Positano can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Positano and add a light layer if any part of the 3-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Amalfi: pasta fresca, mozzarella e tiramisù start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Positano within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Positano?

    +

On Outty we rank every Positano experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Cooking class with Pasta, mozzarella and Tiramisu with wine, Capri and Blue Grotto Semi Private Boat Day Trip from Sorrento, From Sorrento: Positano & Amalfi Coast Boat Tour with Pick Up. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Positano?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Positano?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
