Nightmare rip off non local company

I cannot properly express my rage at this company and their lack of customer service. We did not go on tour because they screwed us. Trip advisor gave us bad directions. The company gave us bad directions. We walked numerous docks in 100 degree temps with two 80 year old parents for over an hour. When we called from a random Italian man's phone because the cell service sucked, they gave him bad directions as well. They did not respond to my messages before tour started. When we finally tracked them down on phone they would not give us their location and said tour was over. Boat gone. Even though we rented the boat for whole day. 6 and a half hours left of tour and they refused to help us. We were the only passengers so I don't know why boat would be gone. They posted no signs for their company. They refused to meet us at our cruise ship. Every tour operator we talked to along the entire dock had never heard of this company. Do not use this company if you value your time and money. When I finally reached them they said it's not our fault you can't follow directions. No refund. Hung up on me. If I could give negative 5 stars I would. Trip advisor should not back this company.

    Great day hosted by Antonio!

This was a great day! Antonio was a great host, showed us a lot of sights and great spots to swim. Don’t let the lack of reviews fool you. He has been a captain for years with another company and now is starting his own business. I would recommend hiring Antonio for your day trip.

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
