Poorly organised and not worth it
I never leave reviews but this one was needed. Disappointed that trip advisor recommended it. I booked this tour with the expectation of smooth organisation and an English-speaking guide, but unfortunately, the experience was disappointing overall. • Organisation: The logistics were poorly managed and not worth the money paid. Communication from the organisers was minimal, leaving me stressed and uncertain throughout the day. • Hotel Transfers: The driver who collected me from the hotel and returned me at the end of the day was excellent — punctual, professional, and no issues at all. • Island Guide/Driver: Once on the island, I was left to find my driver without any instructions, which took 10 minutes and was stressful as a solo traveller. When I finally located him, his first words were that he spoke little English, despite the tour being advertised with an English-speaking guide. This made communication difficult, car rides silent, and I learned nothing about the area. • Snorkeling: The snorkeling itself was the highlight — we saw many mantas and the guides spoke excellent English. However, this was run by a completely separate company who had no record of my booking. After 15 minutes of confusion, I was told I had missed the first tour and had to wait another 30 minutes for the next one. • Itinerary: The island driver only managed to take me to four places, finishing almost two hours early. Instead of seeing more, I ended up waiting around before catching an earlier boat back. This felt like wasted time that could have been used to explore additional sites. Final Thoughts The snorkeling was fantastic and worth doing, but I would recommend booking it directly rather than through this tour. The poor organisation, lack of communication, and the mismatch between advertised services and reality made the rest of the experience disappointing.

Great experience
We had an excellent experience! The car was very clean, comfortable, and in great condition, which made our journey smooth and relaxing. He is a very good driver — calm, professional, and confident on the road — and I’m sure he will pass any test with ease. He clearly explained what we needed to do, showed us all the important places right on time, and made sure we got back safely without any delay. Everything was perfectly planned and well managed. We also had a very nice lunch during the trip, which was a great touch. On top of that, he is a talented photographer who captured some beautiful moments for us. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a reliable driver and guide!
