What you'll see and do
The Alhambra
The Alhambra, is declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.

Nasrid Palaces

DO NOT USE - IT IS A RIP OFF
DO NOT USE - IT IS A RIP OFF We bought 2 x guided tour tickets at 49 euros each. The guided tour was cancelled less than 24 hours before the event. The basic tickets sent to us were face value 12 euros each. Expected refund of 2 x 37 euros but only received 12 euros in total. They do not reply to texts or emails. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Excellent Tour
We purchased the guided night tour package via trip advisor however there was no information forthcoming upon purchase from trip advisor regarding the actual specifics to where to meet etc…as well as the fact that the tour guide would have our tickets. This resulted in a delay in getting connected to our tour. Our rating reflects this snafu. Otherwise, the tour was excellent. Our guide was friendly, knowledgeable and able to share extra facts and details about the palace that made it very engaging. Our main recommendation is to have trip advisor make the details more available as it would have saved us time and stress!

Excellent
Jesus was an excellent guide. We had a fabulous tour with him. He's a knowledgeable historian who conveys the history in a very didactic and engaging way.
Response from the operator: Hello, Thank you for sharing your experience! We’re really glad to know that Jesús offered you such a fabulous and engaging tour. 🧡 If you ever want to explore new places and stories, we’ll be here to welcome you 👉 www.mytoptour.org/en/ Regards, Your My Top Tour team

Horrible rip off
Our guide never showed. We were where we were supposed to be on time. Their office near the Alhambra for a night guided tour in english. We went to the entrance and looked for the Orange umbrella. Not there. After 30 minutes of looking I sent a text and shortly received electronic tickets. We entered but I feel ripped off. I paid a premium price for an English speaking guide and did not get the benefit of my bargain. I Am owed a refund
Response from the operator: Hello, James, We’re sorry for what happened. This is never how we intend your experiences to run. We apologize for the late ticket delivery and that you couldn't find the guide. Regards, Your My Top Tour team

Horrible service
Do not expect your english speaking guide to show. Our guide was not at the designated meeting place at 9:30pm. We waited and then went to the entrance to see if the guide left early. Not there either. After 20 minutes of looking for the Orange umbrella we were told the guide would carry, I sent a text. We quickly received our tickets by text. We are owed at least a partial refund. The palace was spectacular but we paid a premium to get a guided experience and did not receive what we bargained for
Response from the operator: Hi James, We’re very sorry that the management of your entry didn’t go as it should have. We completely understand your disappointment — you expected a guided experience, and we regret that this wasn’t delivered properly. We’ll make sure your feedback is shared with our team so situations like this don’t happen again. We’re glad you still enjoyed the beauty of the Nasrid Palaces, and we truly appreciate you taking the time to let us know what happened. Best regards, The My Top Tour Team

Why this scores 36
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Granada.
How much does Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces cost?
+
Prices start at $89 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Granada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces take?
+
Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Granada is not rushed.
Is Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 36 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 113 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Granada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces?
+
No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.
Is Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces?
+
Around 40 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Granada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Granada and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Alhambra of Granada: Night Visit to Nasrid Palaces start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Granada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Granada?
+
On Outty we rank every Granada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include From Granada: Sierra Nevada Safari tour up to 2500 meters high, Granada Tapas and Wine Small Group Tour, Granada: Albaicin and Sacromonte Segway Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Granada?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Granada?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
