SCAM, AVOID
SCAM, AVOID!!! Bought two tickets for the Alhambra in Granada for a total of 110€. Arrived at the ticket office, I discover that the total price for two people is 45€!!! I hope you spend a lot on medicine with the price difference!!! Disgusting!!!

It was great, the guide gave us a lot of interesting facts, allowed us to see things at our own pace even though we had a schedule, and overall I can say that the experience exceeded my expectations.

Beware of the scam!
First of all, the price is disproportionate! Obviously no one forced me to buy, but when you arrive at the location and you see that it is significantly cheaper, it's a bit upsetting. But that's the game. I paid 109 euros for two to visit the Alhambra and the gardens in Granada. They sent me a QR code to visit the garden, with the price, 12 euros. I told myself that I surely had to go to the agency to get the ticket for the Alhambra. We went there. And we learned that they did NOT book the Alhambra. An unfortunate oversight. A huge scandal obviously, because beyond the money, we came to Granada to visit the Alhambra! That was the goal! They offered us a ticket for the 13th even though we were right there in front of them. We told them that the 13th is not possible, we will no longer be in Granada. They tell me that I will get a partial refund. Absolutely not, I want a full refund. I came to Granada, I paid for my trip, my hotel, and their incompetence made it impossible to "click here to reserve a spot for them since they are customers who just paid". They just sent me an email, the next day. No refund. Now we are driving on the road back home and they tell us very nicely "we just booked the Alhambra for you tomorrow". Well no! We will no longer be there. Incompetent! And apparently we are far from being the only ones this happens to.

Avoid.
Really disappointing and, in my view, deliberately misleading from beginning to end. 1. The website gives tourists the impression that it is officially connected with the Alhambra, seemingly taking advantage of that perception to sell overpriced tickets. 2. It is not made clear exactly what is included in the ticket. As a result, we only discovered too late that our tickets did not include access to the Palacios Nazaríes – the main attraction we had intended to visit. 3. The emails instructed us to collect our tickets from the Top Tours office, implying this was essential. In reality, the emailed tickets were sufficient to enter the Alhambra directly. Following those instructions meant we wasted around 45 minutes queuing unnecessarily, while the staff in the office appeared to be chatting amongst themselves rather than dealing with the queue. I would strongly recommend avoiding this company. Our experience was misleading, poor value for money, and needlessly frustrating.

INCOMPETENT! Do not use this company!
We knew we were buying from outside ticket sellers and paying a premium for it because there were no tickets left buying directly from Alhambra. We booked these several weeks in advance of our trip. What we didn’t expect was terrible communication and a painfully slow check-in that could ruin your entire tour because the main palace has a strictly timed entrance. We were never given an address of where to go for their main office) we were not told to arrive early (though luckily we did,) and we waited in line for over 30 min only to find out we needed to then massively rush to get to the entrance gate at the palace on time. The one person serving people at the desk told us that we could return to the office and lodge a complaint— that was the extent of their help. See past reviews on TripAdviser and you’ll see this is a common problem with this company. They can (and have) ruin your trip to Alhambra.
