We had Laura as our tour...

We had Laura as our tour guide. Really nice tour, informative and a good pace. I relaxed at the cafe with an aperol spritz overlooking the garden afterwards. I would recommend

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your lovely review! We're very happy to hear that you enjoyed the tour with Laura and found it informative, enjoyable, and well paced. We're glad you also had some time afterwards to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the Alcázar. We hope to see you again on your next visit to Seville! Best regards, The OWAY Tours Team

    Fraud Fraud Fraud

Worst experience ever. Nightmare. Weird Guides. I payed for two full tickets for Alhambra Palace but the ticket were never issued to me. This caused me so much stress especially as i was relying for my travel plan. I Would need recommend this agency. Please be cautions to not pay any money to them.

Response from the operator: We believe there is a clear confusion in your review, as OWAY Tours does not operate tours to the Alhambra Palace and therefore could not have issued or managed any tickets for that monument. We kindly ask you to verify the company with which you made your reservation before publishing such serious accusations, as this review does not correspond to any service provided by us. Best regards, OWAY Tours

Disorganized booking led to missed tour

I had a very frustrating experience with this operator. I requested a simple date swap well in advance, but instead of handling it properly, they repeatedly changed times, sent conflicting confirmations, and ignored my clearly stated availability. Despite informing them that I was not available on March 21 due to travel, the tour was scheduled on that day anyway, making it impossible for me to attend. The entire process felt disorganized and poorly managed, and when I reached out for help, the response was dismissive with no accountability. I ended up missing the tour entirely due to their handling. Would not recommend.

    Tour of Alcazar de Sevilla

Very good tour of a beautiful site. Sign up and meet up were easy and convenient. Tour was interesting. The guide was knowledgeable and approachable. The only issue was that it was difficult to understand him through the audio system.

Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.

How much does Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket cost?

    +

Prices start at $43 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.

Is Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 41 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.7/5 across 37 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket?

    +

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket?

    +

Around 13 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Alcazar of Seville Guided Tour with Skip the Line Ticket start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Seville?

    +

On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Seville?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Seville?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
