About this experience
Discover the Royal Alcazar of Seville, declared a World Heritage Site in 1987. You will be amazed by its magnificience and magniture. You will also recognize some spots, because of the shooting of the famous series “Game of Thrones”. The origin of the Real Alcazar of Seville dates from the time of the High Middle Ages, although some areas of Islamic art that impress with its delicacy are preserved. In any case, Mudejar art and Gothic style predominate, but Renaissance and Baroque elements were added later. Over the centuries, it has been the residence of the members of the Spanish Royal Family in Seville. Even today, it remains for the exclusive use of royalty, except for tourist visits. This complex includes many wonderful features. The quaintest is the Patio de las Doncellas, with its ponds that reflect the intricate mudéjar plasterwork for which this palace is known for. Go on this guided tour with skip-the-line access and get amazed by its beauty and complexity!

It was great having our guide explain everything to us. He was super interesting, funny and helpful!

Would not recommend
The guide was late and they tagged us along to an existing tour that had folks touring the cathedral. We were initially told 5pm and then they bumped us to 5.30 pm just wasting our time. This was probably the worst guide in terms of explaining anything and he lost me most of the time in that heat in alcazar. Everyone was done by end of it because no one understood him and we ended the tour earlier or it felt like it.

Excellent Tour with Alvaro
Alvaro was an excellent guide and had extensive knowledge of the Catedral and Real Alcazar de Sevilla. I would recommend his tours to anyone.

Informative and...
Informative and knowledgeable guide. Impressive buildings and history. The meeting location however was not clear to us, and the receptionist was snappy.

Don't visit Serville in the summer. If you can help it.
The weather was scorching hot, the smell of horse poop was everywhere. It was extremely exhausting walking around the few attractions at these conditions. The palace tour was long & tiring, the 2 hours bus rides each way made the day even longer. It was just a very long day.
Response from the operator: Hi, we're really sorry but there is nothing we can do about the weather conditions or the buses you needed to catch.

Why this scores 74
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seville.
How much does Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket cost?
+
Prices start at $20 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seville usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket take?
+
Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seville is not rushed.
Is Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 74 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.3/5 across 825 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable most popular in Seville, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket?
+
Around 289 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seville can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seville and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Alcazar of Seville Tour with Skip the Line Ticket start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seville within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seville?
+
On Outty we rank every Seville experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include The Seville Tapas Crawl Tour by Food Lover Tour, Seville: Paella & Tapas Cooking Class + Triana Market Tour, Sevilla Food Tour: Tapas, Wine, History & Traditions. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seville?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seville?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
