Good day out
Communication with office was excellent and very helpful, we done the 2 centre trip alberobello and matera both were brilliant, the office recomended a tuk tuk tour in matera which was deffinatly worth doing, our driver Marco and girl in office were very helpful throughout. I would deffinatly recommend this company

Short changed on a tour we expected would go to three places
The tour we expected to go on and paid for included Monpoli as one of the three places we would visit in the Puglia region. However, when we arrived at the meeting point, we were advised that because there were only 8 of us going on the tour we would not be calling into Monopoli. When we inquired as to whether we would receive a partial refund we were told that this would not occur, which was very disappointing.

We truly appreciate your feedback, and we would like to respond to your comments point by point. The tour you booked was a **BIG GROUP tour**. As clearly stated in the product description, the big-group tour, operated by **bus**, does not include a stop in Monopoli. When you arrived, we informed you that, although your booking was for **Alberobello and Polignano a Mare by bus**, we were actually offering you an **upgrade at no additional cost**, allowing you to enjoy the tour in a more comfortable **8-seater minivan** instead. However, we noticed that your initial reaction to the upgrade was not particularly positive. For this reason, we decided to go the extra mile and **include Monopoli as an additional stop, completely free of charge**, even though Monopoli was not included in the itinerary you had originally booked. We are always happy to listen to our guests and, whenever possible, find solutions to make their experience better. Thank you once again for your review and for sharing your feedback with us. Good trip but tour company could have done better
We enjoyed the tour very much. Alberobello and Monopoli are beautiful. Our tour was moved from Monday 28th to Tuesday 29th September which was the day we were moving on to Polignano a Mare. We were told we could bring our suitcase and end the tour in Polignano. We would have thought as a gesture of goodwill given that our tour was moved that a free of charge pick up from our hotel in Bari would have been nice but we were told it was too far and it would be an additional 30 Euros. We agreed as it would have been too difficult to get there by bus and on foot with a suitcase. We were also disappointed that we paid our driver Andres another 30 Euros to get from the centre of Polignano to our hotel on the outskirts. Andres called his friend to come and collect us in his tuk tuk. We have since gone into Polignano and returned to our hotel via tuk tuk and it has cost 10 Euros per journey. Left us feeling ripped off by this tour company and although we enjoyed the tour we would not book with them again.

The service you booked and the related conditions are clearly stated in the booking description. In particular, the pick-up service from your hotel is **not included in the tour price**. Furthermore, your hotel is approximately 20 minutes by car from our agency, located on the other side of the city. The additional fee for the transfer was clearly communicated to you in advance, and you accepted and agreed to it with our staff. No one required you to purchase this additional service. You simply asked us for a quotation, we provided it, and you then accepted it. For this reason, we feel that describing us as “scammers” is inappropriate and unfair. No one was deceived or charged for a service without prior agreement. On the contrary, our staff did their best to accommodate your request, and the tour was carried out according to the conditions of your booking. We understand that you may have had different expectations, but we would like to emphasize that the conditions were communicated transparently before the service was provided. First I was contacted to...
First I was contacted to see if we could change the day (we couldn’t) and then we were asked to start an hour later, which was fine. However, the driver was late so we ended up leaving the meeting place even later (30-40 minutes) We had too much time in Monopoli (3.5 hr) and the whole tour was too long - 1.5 hour longer than advertised which made for a long day that we didn’t necessarily want (on top of being late to begin with) We did not get much info at all about the towns we visited (other than some food recommendations) or usual tour chit chat as we drove. The places that we went were lovely and our guide was kind, but it was not my favourite tour
