    Good overview of Albacin area

Good overview of Albacin neighborhood and some of Sacromonte. Beautiful views of Al Hambra at sunset and after esp from Sacromonte where most people don't go. Could have included more in Sacromonte, even short visit to cuevas museum.

    We gained information...

We gained information about the general area & it’s rich history plus lots of facts about buildings & architecture that we would have simply just walked passed & missed.

Response from the operator: Buenas tardes! Estamos muy agradecidos de que se haya tomado el tiempo de compartir su opinión con nosotros. Es un placer poder atender a clientes como usted. Que tenga un excelente día! El equipo de Granada a Pie.

    Beautiful Walk

This tour is not for the faint of heart (lots of uphill and downhill walking) but it was well worth the huffing and puffing. Our tour guides (we cannot remember their names, unfortunately) were fabulous and they were willing to stop for those in our group who were older to give them more time; fine by me, more photo time! We learned so much about the city's history and architecture, and walked to places I never would have thought to myself. I'd recommend this tour on a day you aren't going to the Alhambra as it's a lot of walking, but a great option for other days in town!

Response from the operator: Buenas tardes! Comentarios como el suyo son muy valiosos para nosotros. Nos ayudan a seguir mejorando y proporcionando el mejor servicio posible a nuestros clientes. Muchas gracias! Que tenga un excelente día! El equipo de Granada a Pie.

A really great way to get an appreciation of the local areas

I recently booked us on a walking tour in Granada, through Albayzin and Sacromonte. and it was one of the highlights of my trip to Spain! The guide was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about the city’s rich history and culture. We explored charming neighborhoods, climbed lots of steps (beware if you dont like climbing), and enjoyed exploring the narrow, winding streets and stunning views of the Alhambra, and learned so much about Granada’s fascinating blend of Moorish and Spanish influences. The pace was perfect—not too rushed, but we still saw a lot in a couple of hours. The guide shared interesting stories and pointed out hidden gems we never would’ve noticed on our own. We even got some great local recommendations for food and flamenco spots afterward! The gypsy caves were a little disappointing, but the rest of the tour made it all worthwhile. If you're visiting Granada, I highly recommend starting with this tour. It’s a fantastic way to get oriented and truly appreciate what makes this city so special.

Response from the operator: Buenas tardes! Apreciamos profundamente que te hayas tomado el tiempo de compartir con nosotros tu experiencia. Te deseamos lo mejor y esperamos poder volver a servirte pronto. Un saludo! El equipo de Granada a Pie.

    Don’t book with this company

Booked over a month before the trip. Cancelled our 4 tickets by text message late the night before. Did get a refund but that’s no compensation for missing out on the visit. It is impossible to get tickets ion the day.

Response from the operator: Buenas tardes!

Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Granada.

How much does Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada cost?

    +

Prices start at $17 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Granada usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada take?

    +

Plan for about 2 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Granada is not rushed.

Is Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 70 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 99 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Granada, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 2-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada?

    +

Around 35 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Granada can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Granada and add a light layer if any part of the 2-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Albayzin and Sacromonte Guided Walking Tour in Granada start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Granada within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Granada?

    +

On Outty we rank every Granada experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include From Granada: Sierra Nevada Safari tour up to 2500 meters high, Granada Tapas and Wine Small Group Tour, Granada: Albaicin and Sacromonte Segway Tour. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Granada?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Granada?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
