Amazing Experience all in 1 day !

This was our second trip to Morocco. We decided to book a last minute trip for our kids school break and make this trip all about him. So we booked this excursion with the feedback available from other travellers here and it was a very good decision. It was a very short drive from Marrakech and we were in the rocky dessert. We have been to merzougha before for the Sahara sandy desert and we also knew Agafay was rocky desert , but since we were travelling with a kid this time, this was the best short excursion. We started at 2 pm from Marrakech and were already checked in by 3 pm in "Yes We Camp" luxury camp. It was extremely beautiful setup with tents having AC and private toilets, felt like 4 star hotel rooms more than tents to us. After checkin, the driver took us to the quad bike rides where Bilal, our lead driver, was very kind to our kid and very careful through the long drive. It felt really nice long drive on quad bikes. We took some great pictures at different stops and Bilal had brought nice berber and Iraqi headgears to take some nice photos. after the quad bike excursion we went to the camel one, my kid absolutely loved it. Then we were taken back to the camp where we freshened up and went to the pool which was amazing. Dinner started with nice music shows , then different performances like belly dancing continued, concluded with the fireshow outside the dinner area. We had option to light a fire out and stay late at night gazing stars, but we had to go to bed early for a long next day trip to Casablanca. it was like Christmas, Diwali, & Eid all in one day for my kid. So many great things in one day and that too without any tiring road trips. Everything was perfect. Abdel was very professional and responded to our questions in details on WhatsApp. As we had planned our trip last minute for our kids school break, abdel helped us book some more tours in our trip and had good suggestions on what we should do in morocco , we went to Chefchaouen, Essaouira . Thanks Abdel for setting this u with professional drivers and guides.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your kind words! I’m thrilled to hear that you enjoyed your experience. It was a pleasure guiding you through Marrakech and sharing its rich history and culture with you. If you ever return, I’d be delighted to show you even more hidden gems. Safe travels, and I hope to see you again!

Agafay, definitely worth considering, especially if you’re not in North Africa often!

It was very, very cool, just not quite 5*. More like 4.2. The camp setting was lovely with stunning views of the Atlas Mountains, nice food, good entertainment and all within an hour or so of Marrakech. The camel ride was fun, having never experienced that before, same for the quad bikes, although there wasn’t anything challenging about it (biker speaking).

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your feedback. I am happy that you have enjoyed the camel ride and quad biking in agafay. Also so happy you liked the camp as well . Thank you so much and see you soon again.

Must do in Marrakech

The pool was amazing, the facilities are beautiful, the rooms were gorgeous! we loved how easy it was to get food, drinks, towels, ect! The staff thought of everything. Our favorite part was the colorful stairs to the beautiful blanket to watch sunset.

Response from the operator: Thank you so much for your trust , our main goal is to maintain the local typical touch on our tours and avoid all the touristic places. We looking forward to meet you on dec for your Moroccan desert tour.

Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Marrakech.

How much does Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner cost?

+

Prices start at $120 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Marrakech usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner take?

+

Plan for about 48 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Marrakech is not rushed.

Is Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 59 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.9/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable food & drink in Marrakech, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner?

+

No. This experience is sold on a non-refundable basis, so only book a date you are confident about. Similar experiences in the city do offer free cancellation if flexibility matters more than price.

Is Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner suitable for kids and families?

+

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 48-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner?

+

Around 2 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Marrakech can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Marrakech and add a light layer if any part of the 48-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Agafay Overnight with Quad & Camel & dinner start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Marrakech within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Marrakech?

+

On Outty we rank every Marrakech experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Agafay Desert Quad Bike Camel Ride and Dinner Show, Best Marrakech to Fes Sahara Desert Tour with Camp & Camel Trek, 3 Day Marrakech to Merzouga Desert Tour Camel Rides and Overnight. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Marrakech?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Marrakech?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
