Disappointed with the service. Very nice visit

We booked the day 4x40€ with meals. On site 1/2 day without meals so at our expense 23 €. Driver and visit very well. Tripadvisor refuses to refund the difference 4x20€

Response from the operator: Bonjour y'a eu un malentendu et nous avons tout rembourser La totalité On a rien pris pour ce voyage.

Not terrible

5 hours is too short. You stay +-1 hour 30 minutes in the valley...so no time to walk, take a relaxing swim or have a bite to eat in heavenly little restaurants. People had meals near the store, none and small quantity. 2 hours of driving with stops to pick up people in the morning and the same in the afternoon. Then 1h30 at the ''Argan factory''. It is a store which unfortunately did not have the key to the place where Argan oil is made. Anything...sad for 29€.

Great experience to Paradise Valley. Thank you Viator and Union Travel

Went to Paradise Valley with Union Travel. Esham and Rasheed from Union travel were very helpful. We had a great experience. Some one from the group excidently took 2 jackets of ours but we got them delivered next day to our hotel. Thank you both. Also, Abigael from Viator was great. She made our booking process very easy. She assisted us for almost 30 mins on call even when we were experiencing alot of disturbance in our network connection. A great thank to all ... Kind Regards Salman

Response from the operator: Thank you very much and we really hope to see you again.

Disappointing.

Pick and communication with the provider was good. The bus turns up and most of the seats are damaged and unusable. Most of the seat belts do not work and there was no air conditioning. Very uncomfortable. The guide was very nice and knowledgeable but his english was very basic. All the other people on the tour had lunch included so we were put in a corner while they all had lunch. The pools to swim in on the advertisement pictures have been dried out for many months at least as there has been little rain for 3 years. Requested a partial refund that was denied without explanation. We enjoyed getting out and about but please use your money on something else. Photos of the swimming pools attached.

Response from the operator: We did all things better and we sent you answers of your questions that food is not included and the tour Guide has invited you to eat and he was carring you sun on his back all times. Why all other customs did not ask the refund and was happy?.

Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Agadir.

How much does Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley cost?

+

Prices start at $15 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Agadir usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley take?

+

Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Agadir is not rushed.

Is Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley worth it?

+

It holds an Outty Ranking of 57 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.5/5 across 14 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Agadir, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley?

+

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley suitable for kids and families?

+

The operator sets a minimum age of 6. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 5-hour running time when deciding.

How far in advance should I book Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley?

+

Around 5 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Agadir can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

+

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Agadir and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does Agadir Day Trip To Paradise Valley start and how do I get there?

+

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Agadir within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Agadir?

+

On Outty we rank every Agadir experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include 4x4 Jeep Safari in Agadir Mini Sahara and Berber Lunch, Agadir Jeep Safari 4x4 Desert Adventures with Lunch, Hidden Atlas Mountains Valley. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Agadir?

+

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Agadir?

+

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

+

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
