Sun, fun and great vibes
We were picked up on time, in a clean van. The Van was nice and cool! A plus in this August heat. No.

The BEST Cenote Experience
We had the best time with Sergio, our wonderful tour guide who went above and beyond the whole tour. We started with ATV, then zipping, then ended the tour in the cenote which included a tour INSIDE and in various cave spots!! This was a great surprise and so cool, it was quiet and private which made it a very personal experience. The food at the end was delicious, and the transportation provided was very helpful.
Response from the operator: ¡Hello! We appreciate the positive feedback, and we are glad you enjoyed the excursion. ¡Thanks for trusting us!

Meh. Would not do it again
Staff were weird. The equipment was run down and unsafe. There were no photo opportunities, would’ve loved to get some on the atv but there was no breaks to enjoy the view and snap pics. Logistics was all over the place, even had to take my beach bag purse on the zip line lol. The cenote experience was pretty cool, but that’s about it. Snack was good too (they called it lunch but it was a smaller snack). Being a bit generous with the 2 rating.
Response from the operator: ¡Hello! We apologize for the inconveniences mentioned, particularly regarding logistics, equipment, and tour timing. Your comments have been forwarded to our colleagues for review. We appreciate your observation about the cenote and food and will take your suggestions into account to improve the experience. Thank you for sharing your feedback.

Fabulous
Great time and Julio our tour guide was amazing, wish we got a little free time with the atv’s.

Skip the ATV and the zip line but the cenote was worth it
The ATVs are super cheap Chinese models that have no steering capability and shut down frequently. Additionally, the ATV-ing is just using them on the road (where you constantly have to slow down and pull over for vehicles) while following one of the tour guides. I would definitely skip this. Also, there is only one zip line in reality and while it's long, it's not worth it. I'd also skip that. However, the cenote was really cool. They try to sell you bandannas, water shoes and other items at the beginning. You might need a bandanna but you definitely DO NOT need the water shoes.
Response from the operator: ¡Hello! We appreciate some of the positive feedback (related to the cenote) that was shared with us And as for the things that it may need more work, we can pass your comments to our colleagues, so they can improve the experience. ¡Thanks for the feedback!

Why this scores 84
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Tulum.
How much does Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum cost?
+
Prices start at $42 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Tulum usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum take?
+
Plan for about 5.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Tulum is not rushed.
Is Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 84 out of 100, which we label "Exceptional". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.8/5 across 297 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Tulum, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum?
+
Around 104 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Tulum can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Tulum and add a light layer if any part of the 5.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does Adventure in the Mayan Jungle with ATV and Zip Line in Tulum start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Tulum within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Tulum?
+
On Outty we rank every Tulum experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Tulum Ruins, Turtles in Akumal and Cenote tour, Tulum Guided Tour, Magical Cenote, Lagoon Snorkeling and Beachside Lunch, Chichén Itzá, Cenote and Valladolid with Lunch and transportation. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Tulum?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Tulum?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
