Scammed!!!! Yikes
Wow!! DO NOT BOOK scam scam scam. SCAM!!! They wouldn’t let us on the boat even though we arrived 30 minutes early because our tickets were discounted “accidentally” through their website at $125 per ticket!!! Then they said to board we would be charged an extra $100 usd per person more than our original ticket. We asked for a refund they said no so we agreed to the $100 more per person. We commented the boat is leaving and they said it’s ok don’t worry because there is another boat. They couldn’t figure out the price difference which is what took the staff so long. Thennnn we go to board and the boat left!!!!!! Thennnn the staff says oh well sorry too bad!!! Honestly I’ve never experienced anything like this in my life. This totally ruined our trip!

Experience of a lifetime
OMG!!! Craziest thing I have ever done my entire life. If you’re an adrenaline junkie this is for you. Peña, Nelson and Luis made things so fun and I felt very safe in their hands for sure. It was so much fun but scary all at the same time. I am still coming down from this experience. I will say it was an experience of a lifetime!!! The food afterwards was awesome and fresh. What a cool place!!!

Attention Adrenaline junkies!!
Adventure zipline to the extreme!! High adrenaline with various ziplined, rappelling down waterfalls, not your typical water slides, and another line that defies gravity! But all with extreme safety measures! No disappointment here!

AVOID l SCAMMERS l WASTE OF MONEY & TIME
Scammers. Avoid using this company. I purchased a trip service and they failed to show up on time and wanted me to go at a later time that we decline bc this was a 5 hr trip to see turtles in PV. I even arrived early bc they had complicated instructions to find this location. I was at the door at 7AM and no was there until 7:20am and keep saying that I was talking to someone at 7:04AM ..which is a lie. The services was not done, they have my money, and the only solution they have is a credit i can use in the next 2 years ..im not going back to PV, so are they covering the next trip? Don't recommned them. Save your money and time! stil dealing with it over 2 months trying to get my money back. Also PS record all your interactions because appeartly thats what it take to prove things now a days. Why would I lie about the time if i was there! I traveled across the country, took and uber early to there early, planned my whole trip around this event bc its a 5hr long! lol what a joke.
