You could tell he genuinely cared about honoring the lives affected by 9/11 and making sure the stories were told with care and accuracy. What stood out most was how he balanced historical facts with personal stories, which made the experience feel deeply human and impactful. He answered questions thoughtfully and made the tour both educational and moving. I highly recommend Kevin to anyone visiting the 9/11 Memorial. He made the experience meaningful, unforgettable, and handled such a sensitive topic with compassion and professionalism. definitely with me being active Paramedic in the emergency/Fire service this touches Home for me so this was a very uneventful and beautiful way to display 9-11
