    Greatest tour ever!!

Guide was very knowledgeable and entertaining. He showed us places we didn’t know about and this was literally my third tour in last year and he was literally the best we’ve had. I would recommend him and your tour 10/10 times

    Disappointed

I feel bad writing this because the guy himself was actually nice but it felt like it wasn’t legitimate, halfway through the guy even told us the cops don’t like him because he doesn’t have any permits to get into any of the sites that he was supposed to bring us to and then it seems like he kind of just did whatever the hell he wanted, he seemed like he was high or drunk, and he didn’t follow the itinerary whatsoever and this might sound really crazy but I think I called him to find out where I was supposed to park my car on a different number and gave me a different name and then I called him on his cell given to me by supposedly the first guy to tell him that we had parked and where was he and he pretended to be someone else even though it was the exact same voice so something about this just didn’t seem right to me at all and I don’t think that anyone should be wasting their money on this. There was 100 other choices we could’ve went on. I’m so disappointed that I picked that one and not something else.

    Not impressed

I researched for weeks on the best “non touristy” ghost tour. This tour was rated high for an EERIE tour different from all the rest. Our guide was very good with his history on St Augustine but this is not a GHOST tour. It’s just stories about history of ghosts and dead people. Very disappointed.

An Enjoyable Tour of the Ghostly Side of Saint Augustine

Our ghost tour with Bill was a lot of fun and very informative. We learned about ghosts sightings and legends, and Bill came prepared with photos, video, and audio recordings to support the spooky stories. Fun to walk around the historic district at night and think about the long history of this oldest of American cities and all the souls who have lived and died here.

8pm Beyond the Grave Tour: questions travelers ask

Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for St Augustine.

How much does 8pm Beyond the Grave Tour cost?

    +

Prices start at $33 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in St Augustine usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 8pm Beyond the Grave Tour take?

    +

Plan for about 1.5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in St Augustine is not rushed.

Is 8pm Beyond the Grave Tour worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 76 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.6/5 across 582 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in St Augustine, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 8pm Beyond the Grave Tour?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 8pm Beyond the Grave Tour suitable for kids and families?

    +

Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 1.5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.

How far in advance should I book 8pm Beyond the Grave Tour?

    +

Around 204 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in St Augustine can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in St Augustine and add a light layer if any part of the 1.5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

Where does 8pm Beyond the Grave Tour start and how do I get there?

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central St Augustine within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in St Augustine?

    +

St Augustine is walkable history: Castillo de San Marcos, Spanish quarter walking tours, trolley loops, lighthouse climbs and some of the best-attended ghost tours in the country. Guide storytelling quality is the main variable. On Outty we rank every St Augustine experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Medieval Torture Museum with Ghost Hunting and Tiny Art Gallery, St. Augustine's Wine, Cocktail and Food Experience, Dolphin and Wildlife Adventure of St. Augustine. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit St Augustine?

    +

February to May and September to November. Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in St Augustine?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
