Memorable experience
Matteo our skipper was amazing! He was very helpful. Brought us into a cave, assisted the family members that couldn’t swim well. Highly recommend!

First class island experience
Absolutely brilliant day out. Marin met us on time close to where we were staying and took us to many islands. We had 6 swims. He took us into the caves which was a superb adventure and Marin looked after us. A beautiful lunch in Lopud, Marin booked the restaurant for us. We all loved it. Would highly recommend this company. Towels and drinks on board. Anything we asked for was provided. Excellent comms with Loren the organiser via what’s app. Easy payment via PayPal. Our guide Marin was first class, chatty, attentive, and an amazing host.

Excellent private boat tour of Lopud island, caves, and Dubrovnik coast.
My family and I had a wonderful day trip exploring the islands and Dubrovnik area coast. Both of the kids (15 and 13) said it was their best day yet of the trip so far. The initial booking was canceled leaving me slightly concerned, but the operator (Lauren) was very communicative and kept us up to date with options prior to our trip. She was always helpful and responsive. I believe that we had the 675 boat for the private tour. Marin was our captain for the day. He was terrific - friendly, knowledgeable, and competent. We visited a few caves, stopped at a number of coves/lagoons, most of which were only accessible by boat. He let us swim for an hour if we felt like it but let us know the plan so we knew what amount of time to dedicate to each incredibly beautiful place. Although I expected Sunj beach on Lopud Island to be my favorite, it was the coves that we all loved the most (ie Blue Lagoon Water Paradise). Marin also booked lunch at one of the restaurants on the island, which was great. Very fresh tuna cooked perfectly. This was a welcomed break in the shade as well (although the boat had some too). Excellent gelato in Lopud Island too (Slasticarnita’s I think?). Overall a wonderful day. Very good value for the cost. I fully recommend this tour.

A great full day boat tour of Dubrovnik surrounding islands
We had Leon as our skipper he was great, easy going and told us if we see somewhere we want to stop to look at just to tell him. We swam in many places in beautiful clear blue water. We went to two caves green and blue caves and we had a beautiful lunch recommended and booked by Leon. Highly recommend this tour.

Why this scores 66
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Dubrovnik.
How much does 8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip cost?
+
Prices start at $450 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Dubrovnik usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip take?
+
Plan for about 8 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Dubrovnik is not rushed.
Is 8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 66 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Dubrovnik, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 8-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Dubrovnik can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Dubrovnik and add a light layer if any part of the 8-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 8h tour from Dubrovnik to the Elafiti - private trip start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Dubrovnik within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Dubrovnik?
+
On Outty we rank every Dubrovnik experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Dubrovnik: Game of Thrones Walking Tour, Panorama Zipline Experience in Dubrovnik, Dubrovnik: 7 Caves & Blue Cave Speedboat Tour (4h). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Dubrovnik?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Dubrovnik?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
