Worst experience facial biasing . Avoid person named M
I was on 7 island tour with them in December 2024 . Person named M was our team manager . He was a short tempered and illiterate fellow who misbehaved with our co touring family females . He was continuously shouting . He favoured Foriegn tourist for sitting arrangements and time spent on islands .. even left few people in night waters who cried for help finally . I would advise not to take this touring agency if you are an Indian . There was no body to listen to our complaints when we went back for conveying what happened On boat … avoid

A brilliant day
We had such a brilliant day on the PhiPhi Sunset tour. Started off with snorkelling around Viking Cave, we were given a snorkel to use and it was very enjoyable, We then moved onto the island hopping, when in the phiphi lagoon we were given the option to move onto a long tail boat at an extra charge of 300 baht. We did this and It was so worth it, you are able to see the lagoon so clearly and get some stunning pictures. You can also stay on the boat and swim if not. Our tour guide : Mr. M, was absolutely brilliant, he was extremely knowledgeable and lots of fun. He was able to speak Spanish and English on our tour which was very impressive. They provided lots of water which was welcomed on such a hot day, the food was also nice that was provided before watching the sunset on poda island. My boyfriend’s highlight was swimming with the plankton in the pitch dark around Railay area, it was a brilliant day. I can’t thank M enough for making the tour for us, we thoroughly enjoyed it and he was absolutely brilliant. Thanks guys 😊
Response from the operator: Its been a pleasure to be at your service you guys, We really do appreciate that you choose us as your travel partner here in the south of Thailand. <3

Cattle class. Not a fan, not as advertised.
Wasn’t impressed at all. Maybe just a bad day it wasn’t a good trip. Early in the day thunderstorms were forecast so we asked provider about the swell as we have family members quite prone to seasickness. They said it was going ahead, so no refund but the weather was fine don’t worry. It wasn’t fine - the swell was up and most people in the boat (and their gear) got soaked right through almost immediately. A random turn in the long tail boat caused it to list so hard to starboard in almost capsized. Everyone got quite a fright. Itinerary not as advertised. Did not stop at temple (first stop). We were told they had not been allowed to make landfall at Railay for years (still advertising it though) then got a talk on how rich you have to be to stay there. Not interesting. The Temple ‘stop’ was take photos of a cliff from 200 meters offshore for your insta and move on. Chicken island was the same - no snorkeling from the beach, from a boat only. You could pose for ‘instagram’ pics in front of island on the boat (god spare me) but were not permitted to go into island - rather like transferring flights at O’Hare airport then saying you’ve visited Chicago. Seems proof of a visit more important than whether you actually visited. We were taken to a different island than that advertised for sunset and by the time we got off the boat sun had set. Very little concern for safety as people navigate underwater rocks in rough water they couldn’t see - I was ok but a few people got legs cut up. Return - After 30 minutes of being soaked in a stiff cool breeze very few people wanted to get off the boat to swim with plankton - I wonder why! The plankton was a bit of an anti climax. Not much to see. The guides were nice (food was ok) and did their best but trip was a bust all the way through. If they’d told us we’d probably get soaked on the boat, and it’ll be rough - we would have forfeited the cost and not gone. No problem as seasickness our problem. The company’s disinterest in our question and concerns meant we had a pretty miserable afternoon to be honest. Felt like being on a cattle truck. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Krabi.
How much does 7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton cost?
+
Prices start at $1400 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Krabi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton take?
+
Plan for about 5 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Krabi is not rushed.
Is 7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 46 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.9/5 across 22 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Krabi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 5-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton?
+
Around 8 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Krabi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Krabi and add a light layer if any part of the 5-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 7 Island sunset tour by Speedboat or Yatch Boat plus BBQ & Plkton start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Krabi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Krabi?
+
On Outty we rank every Krabi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Full-Day Phi Phi Islands Tour with Lunch from Krabi, Phi Phi Early Bird & 4 Islands - Day Tour by Speedboat From Krabi, Railay and 4-Island Sunset Speedboat Cruise with Night Snorkel. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Krabi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Krabi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
