Five Destinations, One Unforgettable Journey
From Seoul to Jeju: The Trip of a Lifetime With Awesome Tours There truly aren’t enough words to express how grateful our family is to Awesome Tours and all of the incredible guides who made our dream trip to Korea more amazing than we could have ever imagined. This trip was incredibly special to me because it was a milestone birthday trip and a dream I had been looking forward to for a long time. I had high expectations, but our experience with Awesome Tours went far beyond anything I could have hoped for. From Seoul and Suwon to Busan, Gyeongju, and Jeju, every day was filled with unforgettable experiences, incredible food, fascinating history, and memories our family will treasure forever. Our experience started with Hun in Seoul and Suwon, and we could not have asked for a better guide. From the moment I booked our tours, Hun was in constant communication with me. He answered all of my questions, listened to what our family wanted to see and do, and created itineraries that were personalized specifically for us. He was incredibly flexible and gave us plenty of opportunities to make changes so that everything was exactly what we wanted. Hun was so much more than a tour guide. He made us feel like we were exploring Korea with a friend. He shared the history and stories behind the places we visited in a way that kept all of us interested, especially my two teenage sons, ages 14 and 16. He even took our love of K-dramas into consideration and found some iconic filming locations for us to visit. That was such a fun and unexpected part of our trip, and it was something we never would have been able to find on our own. He checked in with us almost every single day when we were not with him to see how we were doing. Our day in Suwon was another highlight. Exploring the city and learning about its history with Hun made the experience so much more meaningful. He also made sure we had great food along the way and even helped accommodate our picky eater! He somehow always managed to find something everyone would enjoy. He even found arcades for our boys to take a break, cool off, and have some fun during the August heat. Then came Busan, where we had the pleasure of spending time with CK. CK was the best Busan tour guide! He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and made our time in Busan so enjoyable. He showed us the best of the city while making sure we never felt rushed. He took us to some amazing Korean BBQ and showed us how to cook! His personality and enthusiasm made the entire experience so much fun, and our family loved every minute of our time with him. In Gyeongju, we had the amazing Julia as our guide. Julia was an incredible tour guide and brought the history of Gyeongju to life for us. She was so knowledgeable and did an amazing job explaining the significance of everything we were seeing. She was also warm, personable, and genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience. Gyeongju was one of the places that left a lasting impression on us, and Julia was a huge part of that. Finally, we had David in Jeju, and he was absolutely fantastic. David was the best tour guide in Jeju! For two days he showed us around like we were his family. He showed us so much of the island and made sure we experienced the beauty and uniqueness of Jeju. He even found and got us into restaurants that had the most delicious food we have ever had. His knowledge, kindness, and attention to our family made our time there incredibly special. Jeju was the perfect way to end our Korean adventure. One thing that stood out throughout our entire trip was how comfortable and stress-free everything was. Having hotel pickup and drop-off, spacious air-conditioned transportation, and guides who were constantly looking out for us made such a difference, especially traveling with teenagers during the August heat. But what really made Awesome Tours stand out was the people. Hun, CK, Julia, and David each brought their own personality and expertise to our tours, but they all shared the same goal: making sure our family had an amazing experience. We never felt like just another group of tourists. Every tour felt personal, thoughtful, and designed around us. Our trip took us from Seoul to Suwon, Busan, Gyeongju, and Jeju, and every destination gave us memories that we will never forget. We experienced incredible history and culture, ate amazing food, visited beautiful places, discovered K-drama filming locations, laughed together, and made memories as a family that we will talk about for years to come. This was truly the trip of a lifetime, and Awesome Tours exceeded our expectations in every possible way. We are incredibly grateful to Hun, CK, Julia, and David for making our Korean adventure so special. If you are planning a trip to Korea, I highly, highly recommend Awesome Tours. You will not just see Korea—you will experience it, and you will do it with guides who genuinely care about making your trip unforgettable. Thank you, Awesome Tours, for giving our family memories that will last a lifetime!

Super Soo, not just your average tour guide!
We recently visited South Korea and had the absolute pleasure of having Soo as our tour guide for 8 unforgettable days. From Seoul to Pohang, Gyeongju to Busan, Soo made every moment exceptional. His knowledge of the South Korean culture, history and traditions was outstanding. Whether we were at the DMZ, beautiful temples, shrines and palaces or local restaurants, he brought each place to life with his meaningful stories and genuine passion for his country and the work that he does. Soo’s dedication truly stood out. He was always prepared, shared extra insights on his iPad and went out of his way to answer every question, even following up later with thoughtful details of questions we had asked. The personal touches like sharing stories about his family and bringing treats from his mother made the experience even more memorable. By the end of the 8 days, Soo felt less like a tour guide and more like a friend. His kindness, humour, passion and genuine care exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend Soo to anyone visiting South Korea, you won’t just see the country you’ll truly experience it.

Best Tour Guide We've Ever Had!!!
Hun is by far the best tour guide we have ever had. This is the 2nd time we've hired him and he is truly the reason why Korea is so memorable for us. Not only is he just fun to hang out with, he's a wealth of knowledge, and goes over and beyond for his clients. He sat with us until 1 am in urgent care to help translate for my daughter and even picked up soup and delivered it to my husband who was back at the hotel sick. He'll take you all over Korea and make sure you get to do everything on your list. All his travel vehicles are very comfortable. He's in constant communication before and during the trip and will get all your tickets in advance so you always have the best seats/time slots/etc. If you come to Korea, it would be a mistake not to hire Hun.

The Hun you need while in Korea.
The tour with Hun is pleasant, enjoyable and well taken care of. During the initial preparation, Hun is very communicative and he responded to us very fast. While in Korea, he is intuitive, adapt to our needs and can sense/read things. In short, his brain works (he is not mindless) -- this alone separates Hun with other mindless individuals. He always do more than 100% to give us the best possible outcome in the given circumstances. I travelled with my wife, 15 months year old and my mom. Many plans can change and will change when you travel with a toddler and a grandma but Hun adapts and make sure the change of plans still work. He personally buys food for our toddler (my son likes rice soup/Gukbap) while we eat in a different restaurant, bought a specific snack that my wife asks -- anything you need. He works overtime if he has to and zero complains. I would highly recommend Hun to guide you in Korea. He will make sure the trip is well taken care of - not just the fun but he will help you when there is trouble as well.

Best tour Guide ever - SOO!!
Soo was an amazing guide throughout our 8 days trip (we even extended it by one extra day). We were a family of four, and he welcomed us at the airport with a warm smile. the trip started smoothly right away. We wanted to try hair spa and skincare treatments, and the agency arranged everything in advance with a local salon and hospital. In the end only my wife did the treatments and she came out looking younger while the rest of us just watched and joked about it. We visited all the attractions on our itinerary and also went to Pohang for the Space Walk, which was a truly unique experience we couldn’t have had back home. Gyeongju was full of history, and the tomb complex was one of the biggest highlights of the trip. Busan was lively and entertaining, and even though the weather was cold, Soo’s energy and enthusiasm made every day enjoyable. On our last night, he took us to a wonderful local restaurant and shared drinks with us. It felt less like being with a guide and more like spending time with an old friend . Everything was very well organized and clearly explained. We didn’t have to pay unexpected extra fees, and we were able to visit all the planned attractions, which anyone who has done multi-day tours knows is not always the case. We continued on to Japan after departing from Busan, and the transition was smooth thanks to his planning. Thank you, Soo! you’re not just a great guide but a friend. We hope to see you again on our next trip.

The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc): questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Seoul.
How much does 7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc) cost?
+
Prices start at $1066 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Seoul usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc) take?
+
Plan for about 240 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Seoul is not rushed.
Is 7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc) worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 71 out of 100, which we label "Strongly Recommended". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 10 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable family friendly in Seoul, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc)?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 144 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc) suitable for kids and families?
+
Yes, all ages are welcome. Families should still weigh the 240-hour running time, and strollers are easier on the earlier, quieter departures.
How far in advance should I book 7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc)?
+
Around 4 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Seoul can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Seoul and add a light layer if any part of the 240-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 7 days Flexible Tour for Major Cities(Seoul,Busan,Gyeongju etc) start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Seoul within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Seoul?
+
On Outty we rank every Seoul experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include DMZ Tour: Defector Q&A, Tunnel & Suspension Bridge /Hotel pick up, Best DMZ Tour Seoul: Defector Q&A, 3rd Tunnel & Suspension Bridge, 2026 Travelers’ Choice Best of the Best: DMZ Tour from Seoul. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Seoul?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Seoul?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
