Very disappointing experience — BE CAREFUL
Unfortunately, our experience with this travel agency was extremely disappointing. We paid for a tour in advance, but the tour was never provided. When we contacted the agency to request a refund for the service we had paid for but did not receive, instead of resolving the issue professionally, they stopped responding and blocked us on email, WhatsApp, and phone calls. We gave them the opportunity to explain the situation and resolve the matter, but we received no meaningful response and were unable to communicate with them after being blocked. Taking payment for a service and then refusing to provide the service or address a refund request is completely unacceptable. We are sharing our experience because we believe other travelers should be aware of what happened to us and carefully research this agency before making any payment. A professional travel company should stand behind its bookings, communicate with its customers, and take responsibility when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, that was not our experience. Based on our experience, we cannot recommend this agency. We sincerely hope the company will reconsider its handling of this situation and return the money that was paid for the tour that was never provided.

Great and reliable services. Highly recommended.
Great services. Well coordinated. All the drivers were punctual, friendly and polite. The company was also very flexible and willing to accommodate our last minute changes of plan since my husband got scratched by a kitten and so we needed to chase down rabies shots across Aman instead of a day trip to Jerash.

Great tour of Jordan
VIP Limo provided a very nice tour of Jordan. They easily accommodated several request to do things a little bit different in terms of the order and where I spent the night as well as making some extra stops for me. They booked nice hotels, especially the Petro Moon Luxury in Wadi Musa as it was very close to the entrance to the Petro site and very new and modern. Abuhussam, was my driver the entire time. He kept me well informed and was always punctual. He booked a top-notch tour guide in Petra. Who provided lots of good and new information on architectural fines regarding astronomy, timekeeping, etc. that’s the latest research. The glass bottom boat tour in Aqaba was first rate and he provided a guide/captain that told me about all the things especially the coral.
