6-Seater Monster Buggy Teide Tour

3hr sunset monster quad tour.

Positives - Collected and returned to hotel. Fun to drive the monster quad. Beautiful views, especially during the sunset. A brief talk about the history of the mountain. Water and a sandwich provided. Negatives - All 6 of us wanted to drive, only 4 got that opportunity. At times felt a bit rushed, for example the sun went behind a cloud and that was the sunset, time to move on. We were not given the opportunity to have photos taken like other guests when we stopped. The hosts did not really engage with us. The monster quad had many warning lights on, when mentioned this was brushed off as normal. Overall a nice trip, but could have been better.

Response from the operator: Ciao , ci spiace che l’esperienza non ti sia piaciuta del tutto , ma allo stesso tempo questa recensione non ci aiuta a migliorare perché non si capisce cosa vi sia mancato . Primo , se siete in 6 e volete guidare in 6 e ovviamente consigliabile noleggiare più mezzi , buggy da 4 o quad da 2 , i buggy 6 posti sono concepiti per famiglie o gruppi dove non tutti i partecipanti hanno i requisiti per guidare ma con questo mezzo possono godersi l’esperienza insieme ai loro cari . Secondo , il tramonto consiste in questo , si aspetta il sole calare e dopodiché ovviamente si riprende il cammino per tornare alla base. Terzo , che vuol dire che non vi è stata data l’opportunità di fare foto come agli altri ? Quarto che vuol dire che i nostri monitor non si sono impegnati molto. Insomma, se potessi dare informzaioni più precise ci aiuteresti a capire cosa non ha funzionato e poter così migliorare. Grazie ✌🏻

Deceitful and wrong information

The last day of my family trip to Tenerife was my 5yo son's birthday. He wanted to go on a buggy ride so we talked to an agent to find a trip that would be safe for a child under 120cm tall. The agent recommended Monster buggy and quad company becaus they had a good buggy and childrens carseats for the buggy. So being assured that he would have a childrens carseat we paid and excitedly waited. When we were picked up by the owner to be driven to the location I asked again to be completly sure there was a children's carseat and it would be safe for him, wich he assured me! He drops us off and leaves the location and there are 2 employees at the location. To make a long story short, there was no childrens carseat or bumperseat for my boy and when we asked about this and the owner was called, he blamed it on the agent and we were given the option to go back home or go without a childseat for him. One of the employee suggested he would go without a seatbelt!? Obviously he well knew that our boy was supposed to have a childrens carseat, both because I asked him myself on the way there and the agent called him afterwards when I came to complain and then the agent was told that there was a confusion and the owner gave other people my childrens seat. I had no apology- no partial refund, just a deceitful and dishonest Monster buggy and quad owner. Needless to say this was very disappointing and put a very bad impact on the day for me but my son enjoyed his day. I do NOT recommend. Ps. One of the employees, the woman, was nice and very lovely to my son.

A great experience with friends and some great pictures

This buggy ride up Teide Mountain was hands down one of the best things we did in Tenerife! The views were absolutely stunning, and driving through the volcanic landscape was such a unique experience. One of the guides Maria was very funny and we really enjoyed talking with her. She’s also a great photographer, she made us all look so good in the pictures. 10/10 would definitely recommend!
