Six Days of Wildlife, Nature and Adventure

We did this 6-day mid-range safari (Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro and Serengeti). Awesome experience! In Tarangire, I was fascinated by the sight of a huge herd of elephants and the baobab trees. The birds and green environment in Lake Manyara is very beautiful. I saw the Big Five (lions, rhinos, bison, etc.) in Ngorongoro Crater. Seeing the group of zebra-wildebeest and chetah in Serengeti seemed like a dream. The guide was very knowledgeable and helpful. Accommodation is clean, comfortable and the food is good. A lot of value for the price. A great choice for those who want to travel to Africa. Would definitely recommend!

    Safari of a Lifetime

From Tarangire to Lake Manyara, Ngorongoro Crater and Serengeti - nature has shown a completely different form in every place. I was fascinated by the huge herd of zebras and wildebeest in Serengeti. We had the privilege of seeing the Lion and Black Rhino at Ngorongoro Crater. Guide Martin was very knowledgeable and helpful, explaining well every day. The lodges were very comfortable and clean for the mid-range. The food is good too. The entire trip was very well organized. Awesome value for the money. For those who want to go on a safari in Africa, I would definitely recommend this tour.

Amazing 6-day family safari – Big Five and more!

I came to Tanzania alone and did this 6-day safari - a childhood dream fulfilled! I joined the group as a solo traveler (small group, 4-5 people) so it felt very personal. The guide was remarkable - knowledgeable, funny, and telling the story of each animal. He was extra careful for me, which means a lot as a solo. Elephant herds among baobab trees in Tarangire, flamingos and tree lions in Manyara, full Big Five in Ngorongoro (rhino is the most exciting!) View of cheetah hunt and migration in Serengeti. Every day is a new adventure! The lodges are mid-range but with nice-clean rooms, tasty meals (fresh fruits, good coffee), and fun to chat with other travelers in the evening. There was a fridge in the car, snacks and water were available throughout the day. I joined the group without any problems. It's ideal for solos - safe, fun, and mind-blowing wildlife. Definitely coming back!

From Elephants to Big Five – A True Tanzania Safari Experience

When we entered Tarangire National Park, we were fascinated by the huge elephant herd. The movement of elephants among the baobab trees is truly a remarkable sight. The next day the birdlife and greenery of Lake Manyara National Park gave a different feeling. The colorful birds looked like a picture of nature. A full day game drive in Serengeti National Park was the highlight of the entire trip. To see the lion, giraffe, zebra and wildebeest together in the midst of endless plains is truly a dream. Finally, after descending into the Ngorongoro Crater, seeing so much wildlife in one day - from rhinos to buffaloes - is difficult to explain in words. All of the accommodations were nice and comfortable.

    Unforgettably Experience with Julius

We did the 6-day safari with midrange accommodations. Our itinerary included Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro Crater, and Lake Manyara. The highlight for us was visiting the Serengeti, where you can see a wide variety of animals. In our opinion, Lake Manyara could be skipped. We had an amazing experience. Our guide, Julius, did everything possible to show us as many animals as he could. He knows the national parks, especially the Serengeti, very well and can take you to the best spots. He is friendly, funny, and we loved chatting with him over dinner. We were even able to see all of the “Big Five.” We also had an excellent cook, Kisauti, who always prepared delicious, freshly made lunches for us. The midrange accommodations were very comfortable and a great way to enjoy the safari. At Africa Safari Lake Manyara, zebras and wildebeests often visited, and we loved watching them right next to our tent. We will definitely visit again and request Julius as our guide.

    +

Prices start at $2,731 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Moshi usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.

How long does 6 Days: Mid Range Safari To (tarangire, manyara, Ngorongoro And Serengeti) take?

    +

Is 6 Days: Mid Range Safari To (tarangire, manyara, Ngorongoro And Serengeti) worth it?

    +

It holds an Outty Ranking of 62 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (4.5/5 across 18 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Moshi, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

Can I cancel or reschedule 6 Days: Mid Range Safari To (tarangire, manyara, Ngorongoro And Serengeti)?

    +

Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.

Is 6 Days: Mid Range Safari To (tarangire, manyara, Ngorongoro And Serengeti) suitable for kids and families?

How far in advance should I book 6 Days: Mid Range Safari To (tarangire, manyara, Ngorongoro And Serengeti)?

    +

Around 6 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Moshi can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.

What should I bring or wear?

    +

Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Moshi and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

    +

The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Moshi within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.

What are the best things to do in Moshi?

    +

On Outty we rank every Moshi experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Materuni Waterfall, Coffee Tour and Picnic Hot Lunch, Materuni Waterfall and Coffee Plantation Half Day Tour, Kilimanjaro climb, Machame Route (7-day). The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.

When is the best time to visit Moshi?

    +

Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.

How many days do you need in Moshi?

    +

Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.

Do I book through Outty or through the operator?

    +

Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
