Truly the Adventure of a Lifetime! Climbing Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route with Kilisa Tours was one of the best experiences of my life! From the moment we landed in Arusha, the team took care of every detail - transfers, accommodation, gear checks, and warm hospitality. Our guides were extremely knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout the hike. The food was outstanding (I still can t believe how the chef made such delicious meals on the mountain!). The pace was perfect, and summit night was unforgettable. Kilisa Tours truly goes above and beyond - professional, organized, and genuinely caring. Highly recommended
Response from the operator: Thank you so much for this incredible review! We're absolutely thrilled to hear that climbing Mount Kilimanjaro via the Lemosho Route with Kilisa Tours was one of the best experiences of your life — that means everything to our team. It's wonderful to know that from the moment you landed in Arusha, every detail was taken care of — transfers, accommodation, gear checks, and warm hospitality — right through to summit night. The Lemosho Route is one of our favorite trails to guide, known for its scenic diversity and higher acclimatization success, and we're so glad our guides' knowledge, patience, and encouragement helped make your climb unforgettable. We're especially delighted to hear about the food! Our mountain chefs take real pride in preparing delicious, energizing meals at altitude, and it's always rewarding to hear that effort recognized. Getting the pace right and supporting you through summit night is exactly the kind of personalized, professional care we strive to provide on every Kilimanjaro expedition. Thank you for trusting Kilisa Tours with your Kilimanjaro adventure and for such kind, detailed feedback. We hope to welcome you back to Tanzania soon — perhaps for a Serengeti safari, or another Kilimanjaro route like Machame or Rongai for a different perspective of the mountain. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Moshi?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Moshi?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
