Some things to know...
We felt there should be more information given on the website when you purchase the pkg. No mention of the zipline, no mention that there is a 20 bhat entry fee (refundable after with ticket proof, so keep them) for the Muslim cave and that women require covered shoulders and knees. When we arrived at the water rafting location, there was a lot of confusion and a woman yelling a lot who was the instructor for safety measures. We waited about 30 minutes after we were directed to get helmets and life jackets, while more people arrived and more yelling ensued. 😑 the lunch that's provided was amazing as well as our rafting guides who kept us safe and made sure we had fun. Water shoes are not mandatory but highly recommended. Otherwise you have to remove your shoes. All in all, we would say there is good value for the money and would recommend this tour. The waterfalls was beautiful but there is a walk up the side of the falls to reach them.
Response from the operator: Thank you for taking the time to share such detailed feedback about your experience. We truly appreciate your honest comments, as they help us improve our services for future guests. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by the lack of information on our website regarding the zipline, entry fee, dress code for the cave, and other important details. Your feedback is very valuable, and we will review this carefully to provide clearer information in advance. At the same time, we are very pleased to hear that you enjoyed the lunch, the rafting guides, and felt safe while having fun on the water. We are also glad that you found the waterfalls beautiful and felt the tour offered good value for money. Thank you once again for your feedback and recommendation. We truly hope to have the opportunity to welcome you again and provide an even better experience in the future. Best Regards, Oh-Hoo Team

Great day out, beautiful scenery, adrenaline rafting, short but fun zip line and funny monkeys
Looked forward to this day and for the most part it did not disappoint. The zip line, beautiful waterfall swim were great. Rafting was amazing, doing the 7km instead of 5km was well worth the extra payment. Hanna was a fantastic guide, excellent communication. However, we were not aware that we would have to wait around for others to do the elephant ride & the quad bikes. This added an extra 2hrs waiting around before going to see Buddha & monkeys. This needs to be CLEAR before bookings. Buddha cave was closed because of slow persons not completing Elephant & quads. Again, Hanna was great & apologetic with us. No budda but monkeys were fantastic (when being fed). Nuts were the favorites & you can buy there, only cash taken!
Response from the operator: Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear that you enjoyed the overall experience. We sincerely apologize for the unexpected waiting time and the closure of the Buddha cave, and we appreciate your suggestion, and we truly value your comments to help us improve the experience. We sincerely hope to have the opportunity to restore your confidence in our services on a future trip. Best Regards, Tawan Oh-Hoo Team

Great rafting experience, didn’t need to see tortured elephants!
Good experience rafting in Phuket. I was picked up on time and offered a reasonable lunch. At the venue I was offered the chance to pay more for a longer float down the river with more rapids and excitement which was good. Downsides were I was too heavy for the zip line experiance and also on the way there I had to wait for others to complete a short ATV ride, something I didnt expect as this wasnt on the tour I had booked. This unexpected stop also happened to be at a place where elephants are ridden by tourists. The poor animals have chains on and are stabbed with vicious looking hooks to do unnesarsary things!

Nice trip in Phuket
Water rafting experience was very good. We joined 5km but everybody will ask you to add 500 B. to join 7km. The guides will stop at 4km and told you 1km left and asked you to buy the rest 2km. ATV was good also and safe route when you followed the guide. Sky fox was too short but it was good for the one who never tried this. The waterfall is very very small and I suggest do not swim there. The mini bus will pick you up in your hotel around 7:00 am and the whole bus journery (one-way) was 2.5hrs to 3hrs.

Why this scores 49
The Outty Ranking is a weighted composite. Here is how this experience performed on each component.
5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket: questions travelers ask
Practical detail on this experience, plus the wider planning questions for Phuket.
How much does 5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket cost?
+
Prices start at $1410 per person. The final price depends on the date, the time slot and the number of travelers, and peak weekends in Phuket usually price higher than midweek mornings. Live pricing and remaining availability are confirmed on the booking screen before you pay.
How long does 5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket take?
+
Plan for about 7 hours from start to finish, not counting travel to the meeting point. Most travelers leave another 30 minutes on either side so the rest of the day in Phuket is not rushed.
Is 5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 49 out of 100, which we label "Worth a Look". That score blends traveler sentiment (3.2/5 across 9 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Phuket, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.
Can I cancel or reschedule 5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket?
+
Yes. Cancel free up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund. Inside that window the booking is non-refundable, and no-shows are not refunded.
Is 5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket suitable for kids and families?
+
The operator sets a minimum age of 4. Older children generally do well here, and families should factor in the 7-hour running time when deciding.
How far in advance should I book 5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket?
+
Around 3 people booked this in the last 30 days, so popular slots go early. Two to three weeks ahead is comfortable in shoulder season, while summer weekends and holidays in Phuket can sell out a month out. Same-day spots do open up when other travelers cancel, so it is worth checking if you are already in town.
What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Phuket and add a light layer if any part of the 7-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.
Where does 5km White Water Rafting and Jungle Tour From Phuket start and how do I get there?
+
The exact meeting point and directions are on your voucher once you book, and they sit in central Phuket within reach of public transport. Arrive 15 minutes early: late arrivals are treated as no-shows by most operators.
What are the best things to do in Phuket?
+
On Outty we rank every Phuket experience on the same 0 to 100 scale, and alongside this one the highest scorers right now include Southern Flavors Phuket Food Tour with 15+ Tastings, James Bond Island by Big Boat w/ Sea Cave Canoeing and Lunch, Phang Nga Bay Canoeing & James Bond Island Tour from Phuket. The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Phuket?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Phuket?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
