Excellent instruction in a beautiful environment
I absolutely loved the Thai yoga massage training with Raj in Pokhara. We did it in conjunction with the 3 day soundhealing course and stayed 10 days in the Sunshine Resort. The rooms were beautiful, the scenery spectacular, the food was amazing. Raj gives you a packed yet flexible schedule to really help immerse you in the yogi lifestyle. You aren’t just learning the thai yogic massage you have the opportunity to learn about all 8 limbs of yoga. I am so grateful for the opportunity to have learned with him and his wife Deepa.

All courses very recommendable :)
I took 3 courses, Thai Massage, Holistic Oil Massage and Singing Bowl. All of them were well structured, and very interesting - I could learn a lot. I was the only student, because it was off-season. Raj explained well, organized „massage-models“, so that I could practice while he was observing and teaching me. He is a very kind, patient, friendly and good-hearted person, also the models were very nice. I‘d definitely recommend all of the 3 courses. Thank you, Raj :)

7 day Thai massage training
Had an amazing 7 day Thai massage training course with an amazing teacher and assistant. The yoga class included in the course were very helpful in deepening my understanding of Thai massage and I feel like I got a strong foundation of traditional Thai massage. Additionally the teachers English is great and could answer any questions I had which allowed me to gain a lot of knowledge about where Thai massage comes from traditionally. Would recommend this could to anyone wanting to gain a foundation in traditional Thai massage, it is wel worth the money!

Kundalini Awakening at KarmaYogi, thank you 🙏
I was a model for a friend of mine, a Thai intuitive massage student under the careful, expert supervision of Raj, founder of KarmaYogi .As Raj guided the student working on my body, unblocking the different meridians throughout my torso and limbs—my Kundalini—the divine feminine serpent-like energy originating at the base of the spine, activated and began to rise. As the Kundalini rose and awakened, it flowed throughout my body, where my hands shook a bit, then my limbs, then my entire body, at one point my body moving in a wave-like motion as the Kundalini was pulsating throughout. I felt my body move, merge and dance, flowing & moving with the Kundalini. I felt my body was dancing with the Kundalini energy in the driver’s seat and it was enjoyable and quite nice to surrender to Her. It was like I was engaged in a dance of the Goddess while on the client table. Thank you so much Raj for your work during the session in dispelling old programs/traumas that were lodged in my body. I felt so much lighter with such a catharsis in the pure integrity and healing of Raj’s intuitive abilities. As a seasoned intuitive healer myself, I highly recommend Raj as an expert teacher/Yogi who works with a high degree of integrity and compassion.

Best training ever
I did the 7 days thai massage training in April 2023 with Raj, his sister and his brother. It was a wonderful experience. I was practicing yoga but I didn't know anything about thai yoga massage and it was like a turning point in my life. By giving and receiving thai massage I really felt more conscious, more caring, more peaceful, more connected. Learning thai massage is one of the best things I did in my life. This is a wonderful art and Raj perfectly transmits it. He is kind, patient and peaceful. I had some yoga classes with him too and there were the best ones I had. The school is a peaceful place in a peaceful city, when I was there I didn't want to leave. They also give oil massage training, I did it too and it was such a good experience to learn more about this art of healing. Today I work giving yoga classes and thai massage in France and I have so beautiful feedbacks. Raj is the most inspirating person I met in my life, he's like an angel. Thanks you.

Is 50 hrs/ 6 Days of Beginner Yoga Training in Pokhara Nepal worth it?
+
It holds an Outty Ranking of 63 out of 100, which we label "Solid Choice". That score blends traveler sentiment (5/5 across 7 reviews), the depth of that review evidence, recent booking momentum, value for money against comparable last minute in Pokhara, and how flexible the cancellation terms are.

How far in advance should I book 50 hrs/ 6 Days of Beginner Yoga Training in Pokhara Nepal?
+

What should I bring or wear?
+
Bring photo ID, your booking confirmation on your phone, a refillable water bottle and comfortable shoes. Dress for the weather in Pokhara and add a light layer if any part of the 144-hour experience runs outdoors or after sunset.

The city page groups everything into most popular, highest reviewed, last minute and family-friendly so you can build a day around what actually delivers.
When is the best time to visit Pokhara?
+
Booking patterns follow the same curve: prices and queues climb in peak weeks, while shoulder season gives you better availability on the top-ranked experiences and more room to change plans.
How many days do you need in Pokhara?
+
Three full days covers the headline sights without sprinting. A workable rhythm is one anchor experience each morning, such as this one, an unhurried afternoon in a single neighborhood, then a food or nightlife booking in the evening. Five days lets you add a day trip outside the city.
Do I book through Outty or through the operator?
+
Outty ranks and explains the experiences, then hands you to Viator to complete the booking with the operator directly. The price is the same as booking on Viator yourself, and Outty earns an affiliate commission on the referral, which is how the rankings stay free to read.
